A Study On The Interactive Development Between The Producer Services And The Manufacturing Industry In Gansu Province

With the deepening of the social division of labor and the continuous development of science and technology, service industries, particularly producer services has become the fastest growing part of the economic development, in the regional economic development plays a more and more important role. As intermediate inputs the sex industry, producer services for manufacturing provides more professional support and assistance. In the process of industrial informatization development, producer services for manufacturing intermediate input accounted for a rapid increase in the percentage of the total output value has become a key factor of non-price competition among manufacturing enterprises. Therefore, promote the good interaction between producer services and manufacturing industry helps to promote manufacturing industrial structure upgrading and adjustment, is advantageous to the transformation of the mode of economic growth.At present, gansu province manufacturing industry structure still is given priority to with low technology and technology in the manufacturing industry, and the development of producer services is relatively slow. Implement the strategy of strong province of industrialization in gansu province, evolution process, the relationship between producer services and manufacturing industries of gansu province will help the development of industry of two mutual promotion and common development countermeasures are put forward, which has practical significance to the promotion of the overall economy in gansu province. Based on this, from the Angle of the bidirectional interaction, this paper studies interactive relationship between producer services and manufacturing industry in gansu province. First of all, review and organize the related literature at home and abroad, carding domestic and foreign related research, from theory to explore the essence of the problem. Secondly on the basis of theoretical study, combined with the latest available input-output table of gansu province in2007, determined in gansu province industry, producer services contains:leasing and business services, finance, postal service, research and experimental development of industry, transportation and warehousing, information transmission, computer services and software. Besides, will be divided into manufacturing resource in manufacturing, low technology, manufacturing, technology manufacturing, high technology manufacturing industry in the four major categories, and help to define the scope of the according to the interaction of producer services and manufacturing for empirical research. In addition, considering the limitations of input and output method, using the panel data model to verify this interaction between producer services and manufacturing industry in gansu province were analyzed.Productive interaction between services and manufacturing data in Gansu Province empirical analysis and quantitative analysis, this paper concludes that: Producer services and manufacturing in Gansu Province has begun showing interactive relationship, but the interaction between the obvious and the interactive effect of labor-intensive services and manufacturing is greater than the knowledge-intensive service industries. Put forward relevant Suggestions as follows: first, optimizing the industrial structure, intensify development of producer services. Second, accelerate industrial upgrading of manufacturing, and extend the industrial chain. Third, improve the external environment for the development of producer services in our province, strong support from the government. Fourth, devoting major efforts to developing knowledge-intensive producer services, increase human capital investment.
