Analysis Of The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Rural Community Elderly Care Services In Wenzhou From The Perspective Of The Government

Based on the statistical data of the National Bureau of Statistics,by the end of December 2021,China’s population aged 60 and over was 267.36 million,accounting for 18.9% of the country’s total population.Among them are 190.64 million people over the age of 65,and the degree of population aging continues to increase.It can be seen that China has the largest elderly population in the world.At the same time,as one of the earliest and strictest places to implement the family planning policy in urban and rural areas,in Wenzhou the problem of increasingly miniaturized family size in urban and rural areas has emerged.As such,it can be noted that the traditional pension model can not meet the actual care needs of the elderly,as the elderly’s demand for material,medical and spiritual life in the new era is increasing.The situation of providing for the aged in urban and rural areas seems grim,especially rural pension which has become a topic of this era.This study takes the field investigation as the basic condition and tries to stand at the government level.This paper,therefore explores and studies the development status of rural community elderly care services in Wenzhou,and finds out the main problems of rural community elderly care services in Wenzhou through the comparative analysis of typical cases at different levels of Lucheng District Health Care consortium.In response to the above problems,the improvement suggestions are thereby put forward.Although the rural community elderly care service in Wenzhou has achieved remarkable results and made some achievements,However,its overall level still belongs to the exploration stage in the early stage of development,and there are still many problems and reasons.It mainly includes: vague government functions,the government does not pay attention to mobilizing social forces,nor does it pay attention to publicity and guidance,resulting in low social participation and insufficient funds to support it.,etc.In view of the existing problems of rural community elderly care service in Wenzhou,the government should strengthen the government’s attention and pay attention to the wide-ranging publicity of elderly care service from the perspective of the government;Inject more funds to effectively improve the community pension environment;Attach greater importance to the construction of the rule of law,Give full play to the function of medical insurance and improve the long-term and effective medical insurance system.Pay attention to the construction of medical and nursing talents,and strengthen the development support of the combination of medical care and elderly care.Increase publicity efforts and strengthen social attention to the combination of medical care and elderly care.Better meet the needs of the elderly,especially the elderly,disabled,semi disabled and other special groups of the elderly to "have a sense of security,medical care and happiness",and Effectively ensure that the rural community elderly care service in Wenzhou has sufficient power for sustainable and healthy development.
