CT Property Insurance Company is a small and medium-sized state-owned property insurance enterprise in Yunnan Province,which occupies an important position in the domestic property insurance industry.In recent years,deeply affected by the internal and external digital environment,the company is also faced with many problems in the business process,such as customer complaints,tedious claims process and long response time,high loss rate,single sales channel and risk management,etc.Digital strategic transformation has become the only way for the company to develop high-quality.In this study,literature analysis was used to summarize the existing literature research status,and then diagnostic research methods were used to make a comprehensive diagnosis of the company’s operating status.The questionnaire survey and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method were used to analyze the current situation of digitization development and digitization ability of CT property insurance companies,and the existing digitization level and resources of CT property insurance companies were analyzed more scientifically.Find out the problems and causes in the process of digital strategy transformation.Finally,according to the company’s existing strategy,existing problems and causes,the influencing factors of the transformation path and the alternative transformation path are analyzed,and the concrete implementation path of the transformation is proposed in stages.Finally,it is concluded that:(1)The company’s current digital development level is average,and its digital capability is at the development level,that is,its digital capability is also average;(2)In the process of digital strategic transformation,the company is confronted with problems at the customer level,business operation level and organizational security level;(3)The influencing factors of the company’s digital strategy transformation can be divided into six factors: industrial competition pressure,regulatory policies,enterprise agility,digital strategy formulation,existing digital foundation and digital technology capability;(4)The company can choose the transformation path of "technology-environment oriented organizational collaboration model".That is to say,when the enterprise meets such conditions as high environmental pressure,regulatory policy support,active digital strategy formulation,existing digital foundation and strong digital technology capability,it can choose this path to achieve effective transformation.It is known that the company has the conditions of great competition pressure in the industry and policy support from the regulatory authorities,but it has shortcomings in the aspects of enterprise agility,digital strategy formulation,digital foundation and digital technology capability.The company can carry out reform from the three aspects of digital technology capability,digital foundation and organizational collaboration guarantee,and the nine dimensions of intelligent precision marketing,multi-channel integration,data-driven service innovation,online and integrated business process,intelligent business scenario,restructured operation mode,digital technology and architecture,strategic management ability and data governance to improve the ability of influencing factors and implement it step by step.And promote enterprises to effectively carry out digital transformation.The conclusions in this study provide reference for enterprise practice.
