Research On The Development Potential Evaluation Of Nanwan Lake Wellness Tourism In Xinyang City

In recent years,with the support of the local government,the Nanwan Lake wellness tourism has been developing continuously and plays an increasingly important role in the tourism development of Xinyang City.To promote the healthy development of Nanwan Lake wellness tourism of Xinyang City,this paper constructs a set of evaluation index system of wellness tourism development potential including natural environment,social economy and infrastructure by the relevant literature analysis and field investigation.Through the field investigation,questionnaire survey and data analysis of the actual situation of Nanwan Lake wellness tourism,the following conclusions are as follow :(1)Definition of wellness tourism.Through combing and summarizing the related wellness tourism concepts of domestic and abroad,this paper consider that wellness tourism is the sum of various tourism activities that rely on superior natural ecological conditions and health resources,with the help of sound infrastructure,combined with various forms such as viewing,leisure,health and recuperation,to improve the physical and mental health level and happiness of tourists.(2)Determination of the index system for wellness tourism development potential.By referring to the existing evaluation index system of tourism development potential,combined with relevant theories and expert opinions,the evaluation index system of wellnes tourism development potential is finally determined,including 3 comprehensive layers,10 factor layers and 36 indicators.Through the analytic hierarchy process to calculate the weight,in the three comprehensive layers,the highest weight of health tourism environment is 0.5323,the weight of health tourism resources is 0.2355,and the lowest is the development and construction conditions of health tourism is 0.1542,indicating that in the process of health tourism development,health tourism resources,environment and development and construction conditions play an important role.(3)The tourism development potential of Xinyang Nanwan Lake is ’ strong ’.According to the actual situation of Nanwan Lake,experts,tourists,managers and scenic tourism practitioners are invited to conduct questionnaires.Finally,the total score of the development potential of Xinyang Nanwan Lake is calculated by the mathematical model of tourism destination evaluation.The total score of 7.5962 is within the scope of strong development level,but there are also problems such as poor environmental quality,insufficient resource development and imperfect infrastructure.(4)strategy proposal for the wellness tourism development of Xinyang Nanwan Lake.In view of the actual situation of Xinyang Nanwan Lake,combined with the weight of the evaluation index system and the reference of relevant experience,this paper starts from the aspects of wellness tourism environment,wellness tourism resources,tourism facilities and services,wellness tourism market and industrial integration.By improving its development potential,improving or solving the influencing factors in the development process,it will promote the effective development of wellness tourism in the study region.
