The contradiction between natural environment and social economy is becoming more andmore sharp with the rapid development of tourism in the area of the wetland nature reserve. Thedevelopment of ecological tourism has become the inevitable choice to promote the developmentof tourism industry. Making comparative evaluation on the ecological tourism developmentpotential of the two nature reserves and putting forward the corresponding positioningand strategy will bring huge promoting effect and guiding value to accelerate the development ofecological tourism development of the different type of the wetland nature reserve.Under the premise of analysis the relevant research results at home and abroad, this paperdefines and discusses the concept and evaluation method of ecological tourism developmentpotential, and set up a comprehensive evaluation system of ecological tourism developmentpotential. Then, it evaluates comparatively the ecological tourism development potential of theYellow River Delta Nature Reserve and Nansi Lake Natural Reserve. And on this basis, thispaper put forward the scientific and reasonable positioning and development strategy ofecological tourism through using the method of combining the theory with practice.The paper is supported by the following aspects:Secition1: Putting forward the research background, research status and researchsignificance, and describing the research situation, moreover, determining the research methodsand technical route of this paper. The paper outlines the background and significance of theevaluation of ecological tourism development potential from two aspects of theory and reality,combs the relevant research situation at home and abroad, and analysis the research blank,determines the importance and significance of evaluating comparatively the ecological tourismdevelopment potential of the Yellow River Delta Nature Reserve and Nansi Lake NaturalReserve.Secition2: The paper defines the related concept and discusses the basic theory.Based on analysis of the present research situation, the paper put forward the related concept ofecological tourism development potential, and discusses the basic theory of ecological tourism development potential evaluation.Secition3: This part comparative analysis the development condition of the ecologicaltourism. On the basis of analyzing the situation of the Yellow River Delta Nature Reserve andNansi Lake Natural Reserve, this paper evaluates the development conditions of ecologicaltourism and analysis the similarities and differences by using the analytic hierarchy process.Secition4: This part establishes the comprehensive and systematic evaluation system ofecological tourism development potential. Following the principle of evaluation index selection,this paper analysis influence factors of ecological tourism development potential, and establishesthe evaluation system and evaluation standard.Secition5: The part makes a comparative evaluation of the ecological tourism developmentpotential of the two nature reserves. On the basis of referring to the relevant research results, thispaper set up a comprehensive evaluation system of ecological tourism development potential ofthe Yellow River Delta Nature Reserve and Nansi Lake Natural Reserve, and evaluates them byanalytic hierarchy process.Secition6: This part put forward the development. Positioning and strategy of theecological tourism. On the basis of evaluating ecological tourism development potential of theYellow River Delta Nature Reserve and Nansi Lake Natural Reserve, this paper put forwardthe scientific and reasonable positioning and strategy of ecological tourism developmentthrough using the method of combining the theory with practice.
