| Due to the gradual strengthening of the reform process,in order to integrate with the changing market,the domestic rural commercial banks are gradually implementing the internal performance appraisal mechanism.Scientific and efficient performance appraisal,on the one hand,is the premise of staff and salary management,on the other hand,it can bring breakthrough for the comprehensive operation of the enterprise,so as to promote the implementation of the overall planning of the enterprise.The middle-level managers are the main talent team of the internal organization of the enterprise.On the one hand,they are the implementers of the enterprise’s later strategy,and also the supervisors of the grass-roots managers in their work.The deep analysis of the performance management mechanism of these people plays an important role in the long-term planning of the organization.How to effectively implement the performance appraisal of middle-level management workers,and the evaluation index basis of planning,job responsibilities and work content needs deep research.In this paper,from the management of rural commercial banks as an example,the first use of questionnaire survey and dialogue interview form,the local rural commercial banks,at present,have the performance mechanism of middle-level management workers to implement the investigation,from which we can see that Huai’an rural commercial bank’s current middle-level management work,in the technical school overall assessment has a big problem.Further study of the causes of these problems.Then,for y rural commercial bank,the performance system of middle-level managers has been improved and reformed.So the performance appraisal system is used on the basis of Balanced Scorecard thinking,but it does not implement specific operation according to the inherent mode of balanced scorecard.The perfect mechanism in this paper is under the premise of the Balanced Scorecard’s internal operation,learning and development of financial customers.In Jiangwan rural commercial bank,the current performance appraisal mechanism of middle-level managers,some parts of the content that do not have have have been expanded and filled.Moreover,according to the characteristics of local middle-level managers and the specific implementation of the bank project,the balance standard for the acquisition and formulation of the indicators is carried out.Using the above methods,and then under the premise of Balanced Scorecard,the performance appraisal mechanism of middle managers in local rural commercial banks is improved.In addition,in order to give full play to the performance appraisal system of middle-level managers of Y rural commercial bank after the reform,we should formulate a performance system to guarantee it.The theory and practical exploration of the performance appraisal of middle managers in the field of domestic enterprise management are still in the development stage.Y Rural Commercial Bank is selected in this research in order to improve and supplement the modern performance appraisal theory. |
