| All along,improving their own competitiveness is the goal of the majority of small and medium-sized enterprises in China.With the rapid development of our country,the business environment of small and medium-sized enterprises in our country has changed a lot compared with the beginning of reform and opening up.In this change,opportunities and challenges coexist.Only by adapting to the environment and finding out the business management mode suitable for their own actual situation,can we keep the vitality of small and medium-sized enterprises and strive for space for their own survival and development.Realizing this,LWSP company,located in S Province,began to actively seek for the improvement of its own management means.As a family business,LWSP company relies on the excellent quality of its own products,and in a relatively short period of time,from a small workshop with only a few employees,it has rapidly developed into a rather large-scale local enterprise.However,due to the rapid development of LWSP company,its management mode can not match its own scale,coupled with the increasingly fierce market competition,making the company’s problems in management gradually exposed,and increasingly becoming a short board restricting the development of the company.Facing the existing problems of the company,the management of LWSP company began to explore and innovate boldly in the management mode of the company.It is in this context that this paper studies the optimization of performance appraisal system of LWSP company.In this paper,LWSP company as the research object,according to the actual situation and structural characteristics of LWSP company,combined with the relevant theory,LWSP company performance appraisal system optimization program was systematically analyzed.The article is roughly divided into three parts.First of all,according to the actual situation of LWSP company,the basic situation and performance appraisal system of LWSP company are briefly introduced.Then,in the form of questionnaire and interview,I got the evaluation about the company’s performance appraisal system from the staff of LWSP company,and based on this,guided by the cause of the problem,combined with the company’s situation,I analyzed and summarized the current problems in the performance appraisal of LWSP company.Among them,the evaluation system does not match the strategic direction of the company,and the evaluation process satisfaction is low.On the basis of clarifying the problems and summarizing the reasons behind,taking the above reasons as the starting point,combining with the relevant theories and literature,using the Balanced Scorecard and 360 degree assessment method,this paper puts forward the optimization scheme of performance assessment system reform of LWSP company from the aspects of assessment subject,assessment index,assessment cycle and assessment method,and formulates the relevant groups The guarantee measures of organization,system and ideology support the effective operation of the whole assessment system. |
