Research On The Return And Entrepreneurship Of The New Generation Of Migrant Workers Under The Rural Revitalization Strategy

As a traditional agricultural country and a country with hundreds of millions of people,China has a heavy burden and responsibility in the work of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers".However,the opportunity brought by the Rural Revitalization Strategy is rare.We should make full use of our agricultural advantages and strive to transform from a "large agricultural country" to an "agricultural power".Under the promotion of the Rural Revitalization Strategy,China’s infrastructure construction,population quality and industrial structure upgrading have been greatly improved.In particular,in recent years,many places have vigorously implemented the "return to the wild goose" action,which has attracted a large number of new generation of migrant workers to return home and start their own businesses.This not only promoted the development of the rural economy,but also played an endogenous role in promoting the revitalization of the countryside in the form of entrepreneurship and employment.Firstly,this paper takes Marx and Engels’ Thought on urban-rural integration development,Marxist sinicized urban-rural overall development thought,push-pull theory and entrepreneurship theory as the theoretical basis,and makes an in-depth exploration on the internal logical relationship between the Rural Revitalization Strategy and the new generation of migrant workers’ return home entrepreneurship,so as to find the basic logical starting point of the paper.Secondly,Taking Heze,Shandong Province as a typical case,this paper makes a systematic investigation on the practice of the local new generation of migrant workers returning home to start a business to revitalize the countryside,in order to get a glimpse of the general situation of the new generation of migrant workers returning home to start a business under the influence of the Rural Revitalization Strategy,summarize some common conclusions,and based on this,make an in-depth analysis of the problems and reasons existing in the process of the new generation of migrant workers returning home to start a business,The author thinks that there are internal reasons for the problems in the process of returning home to start a business,such as the ideological confinement of the new generation of migrant workers and the need to improve their comprehensive entrepreneurial ability;There are also constraints from the external environment,such as the construction of government functions to be improved,and the social resources security is not high.Finally,it puts forward relevant strategies and suggestions from the multiple dimensions of the government,society and the new generation of migrant workers,and believes that the government,society and entrepreneurs need to work together to build a "Trinity" effective entrepreneurship support system,improve and perfect the long-term return entrepreneurship mechanism of "government led,society supported and the new generation of migrant workers as the main body",In order to further improve the new generation of migrant workers return home entrepreneurship system and achieve the ambitious goal of revitalizing the countryside.
