Research On Policy Support For Migrant Workers Returning Home To Start Businesses In Bengbu City,anhui Province

Since the 19 th national congress of the communist party of China(CPC),China has vigorously implemented the strategy of rural revitalization,combining urbanization with rural revitalization,and encouraging migrant workers and others to return to their hometown and start businesses.Migrant workers returning home to start their own businesses is a unique social phenomenon in China.After accumulating certain funds and technologies,migrant workers who go out for work choose to return home to start their own businesses under the influence of themselves and the external environment.The return of migrant workers to their hometowns to start their own businesses plays a very important role in promoting farmers' income and employment,promoting rural economic development and social harmony and stability.In order to better promote migrant workers to return home to start businesses,the relevant government departments have issued many policies to promote migrant workers to return home to start businesses.The introduction of these policies from various aspects of migrant workers to return home to start a business to provide the necessary help,but at the same time there are some problems.This paper takes the policy support of bengbu migrant workers returning home for entrepreneurship as the research object.Starting from this background,the author collects research data in ma cheng town,tangji town and longkang town of bengbu city,anhui province by issuing questionnaires and interviews.In bengbu migrant workers return homeentrepreneurship background,present situation and policy,the author found that migrant workers return home entrepreneurship policy to a certain extent,promoted the entrepreneurial activities of this group,but there are migrant workers know about policy and utilization degree is not high,the government's policy implementation effect is poor,poor policy implementation of environmental problems,such as the cause of the problem is mainly due to policy content to be perfect,the government's policy enforcement is not enough,poor migrant workers own knowledge and quality development environment and market is weak wait for a reason,In view of the problems and their causes,Suggestions are put forward to improve the policy content,improve the administrative efficiency of the government,improve the entrepreneurial ability of migrant workers and improve the operating environment of the policy,hoping to make certain contributions to the improvement of bengbu migrant workers' entrepreneurship policy.
