With the rapid development of science and technology,manufacturing enterprises are facing more and more competitive pressure in the market.If manufacturing enterprises want to gain the dominant position in the fierce market competition,they should abandon the traditional extensive management mode and change to the beneficial enterprise.Reduce production costs,improve production efficiency,and scientific management of production planning control is an important means for manufacturing enterprises to achieve profitability.Many management practices show that lean management can improve enterprise management mode,improve operation and management efficiency,and then reduce costs,and finally realize the improvement of enterprise profits.As a coal machinery manufacturing enterprise,J Company is also facing great challenges.There are many problems in its production planning and control,which need to be optimized and improved by modern scientific management methods.This paper carries out a case study on the production planning and control problems of Company J,applies the principle of lean management,focuses on the whole process of production planning and control,and based on the business process of production planning and control of Company J,designs a questionnaire to investigate the relevant departments of the enterprise,and analyzes and discusses Company J’s production planning and products in production planning and control from two aspects of logistics and information flow The paper analyzes the causes of the waste behaviors and problems of no added value in the aspects of delivery,inventory control,information management and intelligent equipment,and adopts lean management tools and methods such as dynamic production scheduling and standard operation(SOP)of production planning to optimize the design of the problems in the production planning and control management of Company J.The improvement plan was implemented,and the operation effect was evaluated and analyzed.
