With a good condition of location and transportation, scenic-tourist site in the nearby suburb of big city has become the first choice for people to travel. For the scenic-tourist site in the nearby suburb of big city locates on the urban fringe, it is the most urbanized area and has the most distinct landscape succession from urban to suburb. With the explosion of urban space, scenic-tourist site in the nearby suburb of big city presents many new changes and characteristics, as well as faces much morasses.Meanwhile, with the development of Chinese economy, the blossom of turism industry, the transformation of tourism consumption from sightseeing area to vacation area, some real estate investors join in tourism industry, pushing on the development of tourist real estate. Tourism industry and real estate are both economic value added and strong correlative in the tertiary industry, which is becoming a new economic growth point of economy and a popular investment spot of realty industry.This paper combines the subjects of scenic-tourist site in the nearby suburb of big city and tourist real estate, researching on the possibility, the process and modes of their inter-action. The paper includes 5 chapters.The first chapter is introduction. First, it puts forward the background and significances of the research. Then it defines some interrelated conceptions. At last, base on liquidating the researches of tourist real estate both domestic and abroad, the basic idea and method are put forward. The second chapter is about some interrelated theories and the general introduction of Jrong Baohua Mountain Tourist Area. The third chapter discusses the morasses that scenic-tourist site in the nearby suburb of big city and urban tourist real estate face, analyzes the inevitability for the inter-action of scenic-tourist site in the nearby suburb of big city and tourist real estate, types and characteristics of tourist real estate. The fourth chapter discusses the inter-active process and modes of scenic-tourist site in the nearby suburb of big city and tourist real estate, taking Jurong Baohua Mountain Tourist Area as an example, bring forward some measures for the inter-action of Baohua Mountain Scenic-Tourist Site and Baohua Mountain Vacation Village. The fifth chapter, the last chapter, summarizes the paper's main conclusion and some problems needed to be further discussed on this field.
