Research On The Interests Distribution Mechanism Of Agricultural Industrialization Leading Enterprises And Farmers

The Communist Party of China’s meeting toted, to accelerate the development ofmodern agriculture, to enhance the comprehensive agricultural production capacity, andto achieve rapid development of agricultural modernization, we must develop theindustrialization of agriculture. Practice has proved, the industrialization of agricultureis the effective way to accelerate the process of agricultural modernization and theincome of farmers. The core problem of agricultural industrialization is the leadingenterprise and farmers interests， in order to achieve the industrialization ofagriculture’s long-term stable development, we must establish an appropriate interestdistribution mechanism, realizing the leading enterprises and farmers in the interestsof the "win-win" fully. Only by establishing scientific and reasonable interestdistribution mechanism between leading enterprises and farmers, the two sides toestablish a "benefit sharing, risk sharing" community, can promote the development ofagricultural industrialization, promote the increase of farmers’ incomes. In recent years,our country’s agricultural industrialization process has obtained the fast development,but in the process of development, some problems commonly existing.This article takes the theory of agricultural industrialization as a starting point, toanalysis the relevant literature and data. Through the actual investigation, combinedwith the actual situation of the domestic leading enterprises and farmers，summarize andresearch the interest distribution mechanism problem in the process of China’s currentagricultural industrialization process. On this basis, put forward some suggestions toperfect the interest distribution mechanism of agricultural industrialization.The main problems existing in the current distribution mechanism of interests inthe: The non consistency between the leading enterprise and farmers interests prone toconflicts of interest, lead to default phenomenon; The leading enterprises and peasanthousehold inequality, the interest distribution mechanism is unfair; Lack of standardizedcooperation organization, interest contradiction is difficult to coordinate the leadingenterprise and farmers; Leading enterprises are in small scale, the weak competitiveness and economic benefits are difficult to drive the interest distribution more; The lack oflegal system of agricultural community of interests is difficult to regulate the behaviorof all stakeholders.The relevant advice to optimize the distribution of interests of the mechanism asfollows: Introduced the relevant preferential policies to support the leading enterprisesbigger and stronger; Standard the relationship between all stakeholders; Support theFarmers Economic Cooperation Organization develop standardized; Establish andimprove the supervision and restraint mechanism of interests; Standardize and improvethe terms of the contract and responsibility.
