Research On The Stability And Evolution Mechanism Of The Symbiosis Model Between Leading Enterprises And Farmers In Agricultural Industrialization

Agricultural industrialization leading enterprises(referred to as agricultural leading enterprises)are the leaders of agricultural industrialization.As the carrier of industrial and commercial capital going to the countryside,they actively promote the local people to become rich and realize the integrated development of cities and towns under the call of the government.Agricultural leading enterprises have the social responsibility of increasing income and promoting rural development.The relationship between them and farmers has always been the most difficult and urgent problem to be solved.Based on the symbiosis theory,this paper analyses the relationship between agricultural leading enterprises and farmers.Through the analysis of the definition of the symbiosis relationship between agricultural leading enterprises and farmers,it is concluded that the symbiosis relationship between agricultural leading enterprises and farmers can be established,and the symbiosis logistic model between agricultural leading enterprises and farmers can be established.The symbiosis relationship between agricultural leading enterprises and farmers can be advanced under different symbiosis modes.Through the analysis,the evolutionary mechanism of the symbiotic model and the optimal path of the symbiotic relationship between agricultural leading enterprises and farmers are obtained.Finally,taking Wen's Group as an example,the theory of symbiotic relationship between agricultural leading enterprises and farmers is tested in practice.Therefore,the main contents and conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)Based on Symbiosis theory,transaction cost theory and value chain theory,this study analyzed the symbiosis between agricultural leading enterprises and farmers from the position and role of agricultural leading enterprises and farmers;through the analysis of the internal and external environment of the symbiosis between agricultural leading enterprises and farmers,it pointed out the motivation of the symbiosis between agricultural leading enterprises and farmers;through the analysis of the symbiosis between agricultural leading enterprises and farmers;and through the symbiosis between agricultural leading enterprises and farmers.Through the analysis of the necessary,sufficient and balanced conditions,it is concluded that the agricultural leading enterprises and farmers have the preliminary conditions of symbiosis.(2)In this paper,the parasitic symbiosis model,preferential symbiosis model and reciprocal symbiosis model of agricultural leading enterprises and farmers are analyzed in detail,and the logistic model of symbiosis stability is established.The stability of the symbiosis model of parasitic symbiosis model,preferential symbiosis model and reciprocal symbiosis model of agricultural leading enterprises and farmers is analyzed,and the parasitic symbiosis model and preferential symbiosis model are obtained.Very unstable,mutually beneficial symbiosis model is the most stable.The evolution mechanism of symbiosis model between agricultural leading enterprises and farmers is parasitic model,preferential benefit symbiosis model,and then to mutually beneficial symbiosis model.Finally,it is proposed that agricultural leading enterprises and farmers should optimize the symbiotic relationship from three aspects: overcoming bounded rationality,establishing benefit sharing mechanism and creating positive symbiotic environment.(3)Taking Winchester group as an example,this paper examines the theory and practice of symbiotic relationship between leading agricultural enterprises and farmers.The conclusion and enlightenment are that the establishment of risk-sharing mechanism and benefit-sharing mechanism between agricultural leading enterprises and farmers is the basis of the evolution of symbiosis model,and the harmonious symbiosis between agricultural leading enterprises and farmers promotes the coordinated development of urban and rural areas.
