Research On The Joint Mechanism Of Agricultural Leading Enterprises And Farmers' Interests In Tianjin

In recent years,the industrialization of agriculture has been developing rapidly in Tianjin,agricultural leading enterprises has been driving more and more farmers,but it is also need to increase farmer income.Therefore,how to establish a scientific and reasonable mechanism of interest linkage is the key problem to be solved between Tianjin's agricultural leading enterprises and farmers.It mainly uses literature research methods and investigation methods to sort out relevant theories and research foundations related to the benefit-linked mechanism of agricultural industrialization operations,and conducts in-depth research on the mechanism of Tianjin's agricultural leading enterprises and rural households' interests.Firstly,this paper sorts out the domestic and foreign researches on the linking mechanism of enterprise and farmer's interests in agricultural industrialization management in the form of literature review,defines relevant concepts and introduces three supporting theories.Secondly,it summarizes the status of Tianjin's agricultural leading enterprises and peasant households' benefit linkage,and at the same time analyzes the benefit linkage mechanism from the perspectives of enterprises and peasant households,analyzes the existing problems,and uses the binary regression model from the Farmer households analyzed the main influencing factors in the interest linkage mechanism in two aspects.According to the model analysis results,the influence of different factors on the outcome of the benefit linkage was clarified.According to the model analysis results,the results of different factors has clearly defined on the benefits.The extent of the impact.On this basis,combining the development status of Tianjin's agricultural leading enterprises and farmers,we propose to develop and strengthen the leading ability of the leading enterprises in agriculture,cultivate and develop cooperative organizations,increase the contact channels between enterprises and farmers,improve the cultural quality of farmers,cultivate modern professional farmers,and improve relevant Policies and regulations can effectively guarantee the interests of all parties,link the innovative interest model,stabilize the interest-linkage mechanism,and promote the organic coordination of all parties to fully realize cooperation and win-win strategies and recommendations.
