Credit sales is an important means for enterprises to expand sales scale and reduce inventory.Especially in the new energy city bus industry with high unit price and large sales scale,due to the nature of public welfare and service,credit sales has become the main means of sales.At present,driven by policies,the new energy city bus market is developing rapidly,and all manufacturers want to occupy the market highland as much as possible in a short time;With the cost becoming more and more transparent,the change of credit sales model has become an important means to seize the market opportunity.At present,new energy bus manufacturers widely use the repurchase guarantee credit sales model.Based on the credit sales of new energy city buses,taking the credit sales model of company Z as an example,this paper uses the methods of literature research,case analysis and comparative analysis to sort out the data of credit sales of company Z over the years through the collection and collation of relevant literature such as credit sales,credit sales risk management and repurchase guarantee,and finds that there are some problems in the sales model of company Z,specifically the serious loss of customers The low quality of customer credit and the overlapping of business operation functions;The reason is that the current credit sales model can not meet the needs of customers,can not truly evaluate the situation of customers,and the business risk control process is not standardized.Meanwhile,compared with the sales data of other manufacturers in the same industry,company Z has not yet carried out the most popular repurchase guarantee credit sales model.In order to solve the above problems,we designed a repurchase guarantee credit sales model for Z company,and implemented it through the reform of credit sales organization,optimization of customer access conditions,design of matching business processes,and formulation of personalized risk control measures.Through prediction,the scheme can improve sales performance,strengthen credit sales risk management and enhance asset management ability.Finally,in order to effectively promote the smooth implementation of the optimization plan,safeguard measures are designed in the aspects of coordinating organizational relations,improving the level of human resources,improving personnel incentive measures,and integrating the use of group resources.The feature of this paper is to apply the repurchase guarantee credit sales model to state-owned new energy bus manufacturers and sellers,and design a set of credit sales optimization scheme.The optimized sales model helps to strengthen the ability of Z company to obtain customers,strengthen asset management and improve internal processes,so as to promote the healthy growth and long-term development of enterprise profits.
