China is involved in the intense market competition after entered into the WTO.The problems,low development of social credit system and the ubiquitous credit imbalance,severely restrict the sustained and healthy economic development. Moreover, enterprise credit showed a more complex dual nature:risks and opportunities.How to strengthen enterprise credit management is a program being worthy of paying more attention and doing more research.The article first elucidates the inevitability and risks of adopting on credit business mode from the academic standpoint,then further discusses the essentiality and urgency to establish the internal management controlling system of credit sales. Through the study of literatures at home and abroad, to learn the outstanding accounts receivable management experience and measures. Using the methods of demonstration and analysis,selecting GR company, explains the existing issues of credit management,introduces the designing and establishing process with details on the system,summarizes the key points and difficulties in implementing the system. Beyond of that,the author spreads the points to common,tries to figure out the solutions on how to construct the system of China society credit, especially offers some own opinions on how to play the roles in the system for China enterprises.The innovation of the thesis is to build up credit management system which helps enterprises to manage credit sales and accounts receivable reasonably and effectively, according to Chinese enterprises'current credit management status and MRO industry characteristics,and referring to domestic and oversea advanced credit management theories.To the current developing stage of market economy in China, many enterprises are facing the issues of managing credit sales and account receivable. The aim of this thesis is, through analysis of individual case of GR Company, to provide a reference for other enterprises, especially those belong to MRO industries on evading credit risk and improvement of efficiency of companies' funds and account receivable management. It also has a good reference value to the state-owned and private enterprises, particularly to those just started credit sales.
