With the accelerated rise of China’s cross-border trade and the proposal of the strategy of promoting high-quality development in the Pilot Free Trade Zone,China’s cross-border e-commerce foreign trade has become increasingly frequent,and at the same time,it has brought the investment boom and rapid development of cross-border logistics.As a node of overseas logistics channel,overseas warehouse has become the mainstream cross-border e-commerce logistics mode.At present,China is in the stage of rapid development of third-party overseas warehouses,but at the same time,the problems of lack of construction standards of third-party overseas warehouses and insufficient utilization of personalized service advantages gradually appear.Therefore,exploring and summarizing the additional service modes of third-party overseas warehouses and further analyzing their service pricing strategies have certain guiding significance for third-party overseas warehouses and cross-border e-commerce companies to improve service quality and optimize profit level.Through literature review,model building,numerical analysis and case analysis,this paper explores and analyzes the service pricing decision of the third-party overseas warehouse based on the situation of consignment service and return service.First of all,by reading and sorting out the related literature of overseas warehouses at home and abroad,the research viewpoints and conclusions on service mode and pricing strategy are excavated and collected.Secondly,through text collection,research and interview,the service modes of different overseas warehouses are summarized and analyzed,and the existing problems of the third-party overseas warehouse service mode are further discussed.Thirdly,based on consignment service and return service,the Stackelberg game model is built to solve the problem,and the product pricing and service pricing strategies under the two additional service modes are studied.Through numerical simulation under different service modes,the specific influence of related factors on pricing strategies and optimal profit levels under different service modes is analyzed,which provides guidance for decision-making under different scenarios.Finally,through the typical case analysis of the third-party overseas warehouse service mode,the similarities and differences of different third-party overseas warehouse service modes in practice are obtained.Compared with Amazon FBA overseas warehouses and enterprises’ self-built warehouses,the third-party overseas warehouses have a wide range of services,flexible service functions,less capital investment and lower warehouse cost,showing certain advantages.Among the many service functions of the third-party overseas warehouse,consignment service and return service are the important links in its transition to supply chain service provider,but there is no mature service process and pricing standard so far,which needs to be further improved and planned.Through the Stackelberg game model,the pricing decisions under the two service modes are obtained,and the third-party overseas warehouses and cross-border e-commerce companies are guided to make the best decisions in different scenarios.At the same time,through the analysis of two typical cases of third-party overseas warehouses,it is found that there are great differences in service functions,charging modes and charging contents of third-party overseas warehouses,and the establishment of the service mode of third-party overseas warehouses depends on the conditions of the construction subject and the market it faces.
