Research On Logistics Service Problems And Countermeasures Faced By Cross-border E-commerce In China

In the first half of 2018,the total import and export transactions of China’s commodities reached 14.1 trillion yuan,of which the cross-border e-commerce transactions totaled 4.5 trillion yuan,accounting for 31.9% of the import and export trade,an increase of 37.8%.With the continuous development of economic globalization and China’s strategic plan of “One Belt,One Road”,China’s cross-border e-commerce industry has entered a period of rapid development,and cross-border e-commerce companies have begun to have a large number of overseas orders,overseas orders and commodities.Whether the smooth connection of distribution determines the operational efficiency of cross-border e-commerce enterprises,cross-border logistics services have played an important role in the development of cross-border e-commerce industry.In order to increase platform sales and obtain higher profit,cross-border e-commerce enterprises must improve the level of logistics services,shorten the delivery time of goods,improve the level of logistics information,and improve the return and exchange mechanism.Logistics service refers to the whole process of the logistics enterprise from the time of ordering to the delivery of the goods to the completion of the transaction,including the distribution of goods,packaging of goods,after-sales service,etc.The level of logistics service is an important indicator for overseas consumers to evaluate the overall purchase of goods,and it can also expand the market share of cross-border e-commerce companies in overseas markets.This paper studies the operation mode and characteristics of cross-border logistics through the representative case of Jingdong Mall,and finds out some shortcomings of Jingdong self-operated logistics,and then proposes corresponding improvement measures,thus providing relevant reference for China’s cross-border logistics services.This is conducive to promoting the improvement and improvement of China’s cross-border logistics service level.This paper illustrates the development scale of cross-border e-commerce and cross-border logistics in China through literature induction,quantitative research and case analysis.Using comparative advantage theory and logistics service to find cross-border e-commerce for cross-border e-commerce profit and loss evaluation theory With the interaction between cross-border logistics,it is concluded that the quality of cross-border logistics services will have a decisive impact on the development of cross-border e-commerce.Therefore,it is necessary to develop overseas warehouse models according to the situation of different countries,strengthen the information management of logistics,realize the whole process of tracking the distribution of goods,and cultivate professional logistics talents is an effective method to improve the level of cross-border logistics services in China.
