Research On The Training Satisfaction Of High-quality Farmers In Chongqing

Talent is the key to rural revitalization.Farmers are the main body of agriculture.In order to strengthen the support of rural revitalization talents and promote the development of agricultural modernization,china has vigorously promoted the training of high-quality farmers.The purpose of education and training is to improve rural human capital.How to ensure the effectiveness of high-quality farmer training is the key to the development of training work.Because the satisfaction of participating farmers can effectively reflect the actual effect of high-quality farmer training.Therefore,the investigation and analysis of farmers’ satisfaction after participating in the training is of great significance for understanding the current situation of training,improving the level of training satisfaction,and promoting the healthy and sustainable development of high-quality farmers’ training.This study firstly reviews the literature on high-quality farmers,high-quality farmers cultivation and training satisfaction at home and abroad,and under the guidance of user perception theory,education satisfaction theory and other related theories,using the modified IPA analysis method,this paper analyzes the survey data of 591 farmers who participated in the training of high-quality farmers in Chongqing City to find out their satisfaction.Then,based on previous studies,with reference to expert opinions,and combined with field research,this study selects 20 kinds of influencing factors,such as individual characteristics,family characteristics,business characteristics,curriculum setting satisfaction,organizational management level satisfaction,tracking technical consulting service satisfaction,classroom teaching satisfaction with base conditions,satisfaction with internship and training base conditions,satisfaction with knowledge expansion effect,satisfaction with social capital accumulation effect,satisfaction with obtaining government project support,and satisfaction with obtaining bank loan financing,and then,analyze the factors affecting training satisfaction of farmers empirically by the factor analysis method and the construction of binary Logistic model.Research conclusions:(1)Through the revised IPA analysis method,it is found that the training of high-quality farmers in Chongqing needs to focus on promoting the ability and quality of teachers,teaching methods and teaching levels,conditions of practice and training bases,and application of bank loans and so on.(2)Binary regression results show that training environment and training quality,post-training support system,individual and family characteristics(age,member structure,education level)have significant influence on training satisfaction of high-quality farmers in Chongqing,and the degree of influence decreases in turn.The effect of education and training and business characteristics(business scale,whether to join the cooperative)have no significant impact on the training satisfaction of high-quality farmers in Chongqing.According to the research results,it is suggested that government should strengthen publicity and popularization,change farmers’ concept;formulate preliminary planning to improve service quality;improve relevant policies and to form a guarantee mechanism.
