Research On The Willingness Of Young Farmers To Receive High-quality Farmer Training

Young farmers are the intermediate force in promoting the implementation process of China ’s rural revitalization strategy.Building a rural talent team that ’ loves agriculture,understands technology,and manages ’ and cultivating high-quality young farmers for the countryside are not only the key issues that should be considered in the development of agricultural modernization,but also the practical issues that need to be considered in promoting the implementation of rural revitalization.The cultivation of high-quality farmers is one of the key research directions in the field of agriculture,rural areas and farmers in China in recent years.It is an important way to realize the professionalization and high-quality of young farmers by guiding young farmers to participate in the training of high-quality farmers to improve their human capital level.As a demonstration area of agricultural development in Dalian,Jinpu New Area closely follows the national policy development and vigorously explores the cultivation mode of high-quality farmers.However,due to the influence of low education level,weak identity and urban siphon effect,the enthusiasm of local young farmers to participate in training is not high,which restricts the work process of cultivating young high-quality farmers in Jinpu New Area.Therefore,how to improve the willingness and quality of young farmers to participate in training is a problem worthy of study in the cultivation of high-quality farmers in Jinpu New Area at this stage.In this paper,from the perspective of human capital theory,lifelong education theory and other theoretical perspectives,based on literature review,questionnaire survey,data analysis and other research methods,combined with local location conditions,the development of the first industry and the actual work of young high-quality farmers training,9 agricultural-related streets in Jinpu New District of Dalian City were selected for field research.A total of 360 questionnaires were distributed,and 336 valid questionnaires were collected.Focusing on the core issue of " young farmers ’ willingness to participate in training," the current situation and existing problems of young high-quality farmers training in Jinpu New District were analyzed in detail.By constructing a binary logistic regression model,the willingness of local young farmers to participate in high-quality farmer training and the factors affecting their willingness are comprehensively analyzed.The main conclusions are as follows :(1)Young farmers in Jinpu New Area have low awareness of high-quality farmer training and low enthusiasm for training.(2)The training time,training place and training content of high-quality farmers in Jinpu New Area cannot meet the needs of young farmers.(3)The Jinpu New Area Government ’s propaganda on the training of high-quality farmers is not good.(4)Jinpu New Area high-quality farmers training tracking service mechanism is not perfect,the training effect is difficult to guarantee.(5)Young farmers ’ personal characteristics,training cognition and training needs will have an impact on their willingness to participate in training,among which personal characteristics have the most significant impact.In the process of practice,the individual characteristics of young farmers are difficult to change in the short term,but the individual characteristics of young farmers will be affected by external factors.Therefore,in view of the above conclusions,this study focuses on the promotion of external factors and puts forward the promotion strategy of young farmers ’ training willingness in Jinpu New Area,as follows :(1)At the government level,we should strengthen financial support for high-quality farmer training,optimize training time and place,strengthen training publicity,and select professional training teachers;(2)At the level of training institutions,personalized training content should be formulated based on the needs of young farmers before training.In the training,a comprehensive and scientific evaluation standard should be constructed based on the learning situation of young farmers.
