According to the report,we will comprehensively promote rural revitalization,give priority to the development of agriculture and rural areas,consolidate and expand the achievements of poverty alleviation,accelerate the building of an agricultural country,make solid progress in the revitalization of rural industries,human resources,culture,ecology and organizations,lay a solid foundation for food security,and firmly adhere to the red line of 1.8 billion mu of arable land.We will ensure that the Chinese people’s livelihood is firmly in their own hands and lay a solid foundation for building a moderately prosperous society in all respects.As the country comprehensively promotes rural revitalization,it will raise the level of rural productivity and narrow the gap between urban and rural areas and between regions.In this context,agricultural companies have been booming,the rapid increase of farmers’ employees,to provide adequate guarantee for rural revitalization.However,the ability and quality of farmer employees are uneven,the degree of education and professional differences,before and after entering the enterprise did not receive systematic training,therefore,their vocational competency may not be able to meet the requirements of the post.The promotion after employment is also relatively slow,which ultimately affects the development of the enterprise.To build a high-quality farmer employee team is the foundation of the development of agricultural companies.Under the guidance of human capital theory,human resource development theory and employee training theory,based on previous literature research,this paper carries out a research on QX Agricultural Company’s ability and quality training design for farmer employees.Questionnaire survey and interview survey were conducted on the farmer employees of QX Agricultural Company to analyze the existing problems in the current training of farmer employees and the underlying causes of the existing problems.The competency model was used to design the farmer employee training system,and effective improvement suggestions were put forward.Through literature review,we found that although the model used has a long history,the research is still insufficient,and mostly focused on the application in other fields,there are few theoretical studies on the evaluation of farmer training.This paper based on the competency model on the basis of the farmer training system design and research,construction of farmer employee training system: First,interview and survey of farmer employees in QX Agricultural Company,build a competency model of farmer employees according to grounded theory,and then verify the model through questionnaire survey.Secondly,based on the verified model,the training system of farmer employees of QX Agriculture Company was designed,training needs were analyzed,training plans were made and training was organized.Finally,in order to ensure that the training system can be implemented,establish relevant safeguard measures and estimate the effect after implementation.On the one hand,the research on the optimization of farmer employee training system based on competency model can provide a new perspective to evaluate the effect of farmer training and enrich the theoretical construction needs of farmer training evaluation.On the other hand,it can also provide theoretical reference for establishing a systematic and perfect farmer training evaluation system and improving the effect of farmer training.In order to improve the current situation of QX Agricultural Company’s ability training for farmer employees,further improve the company’s training system,so that the training can play its role in a real sense,stimulate the enthusiasm of farmer employees and help them grow continuously,and provide reference for the development and talent reserve of QX Agricultural Company and other agricultural companies.
