| In the digital age,digital has become a vital resource element,which plays an important role in the development of the country,society and all walks of life.In recent years,farmers’ incomes have been growing.Although the ratio of urban and rural incomes has declined somewhat,the absolute income gap between farmers and urban residents is still widening.How to improve farmers’ income is always the important concern of our three agriculture policy,and it has always been the main contradiction facing agriculture and countryside.To achieve all-round well-off society,the key lies in continuously increasing farmers’ income.One of the main ways to increase farmers’ income is to develop digital agriculture,which is also a very important way to narrow the income gap between farmers and urban residents.The report to the 19 th National Congress put forward the strategy of "rural revitalization",which calls for the development of a new industrial model of "Internet plus" agriculture in rural areas to increase farmers’ incomes.According to the strategy of rural revitalization,to achieve the goal of rural industrial prosperity and prosperity of life,industrial prosperity mainly refers to promoting the development of rural industries,and prosperity of life is to increase the income of farmers.In recent years,the central government has adopted various agricultural policies to promote agricultural informatization,benefit farmers and increase their incomes.This article uses important theories such as digital economy and transforming traditional agriculture to focus on digital agriculture and deeply study the impact of digital agriculture development on farmers’ income.The main research ideas are as follows: Firstly,the background and significance of this topic are described,and relevant research results on the development of digital agriculture at home and abroad and the impact of digital agriculture on farmers’ income are summarized.Then,the connotation of digital agriculture is defined.Secondly,based on the relevant digital development planning indicators compiled by the country,combined with the relevant research on digital agriculture indicators conducted by scholars in recent years,a digital agriculture indicator evaluation system is constructed,The entropy method is used to measure the development level of digital agriculture in various counties and cities of Weifang City from 2015 to 2022,and a comprehensive comparison is made to analyze the changes in the development level of digital agriculture.Based on theoretical analysis,an econometric model is constructed to study the impact of digital agriculture on farmers’ income.Based on the development of digital agriculture and the status of farmers’ income in Weifang City,the paper studies and judges the basic situation of digital agriculture development and farmers’ income in Weifang City,and reveals the main existing problems.Finally,based on the empirical results and the problems in the development of Weifang digital agriculture,this paper proposes policy recommendations to promote the development of digital agriculture and increase farmers’ income,in order to provide some decision-making support for promoting the construction of digital agriculture and increasing farmers’ income.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows: first,the development level of agricultural digitization in counties and cities of Weifang is constantly improving;Second,there is a certain gap between regions in the development level of agricultural digitization.Because of the different levels of economic development in Weifang city,there is a certain gap in the level of agricultural digitization.Third,the development of agricultural digitization can effectively promote the increase of farmers’ income.The empirical study found that there was a significant positive relationship between the level of agricultural digitization and the per capita disposable income of farmers: under the condition that the values of other control variables remained unchanged,when the level of agricultural digitization increased by 1%,farmers’ income increased by 0.8350%.Based on the above theoretical analysis and empirical research,this paper proposes to improve production capacity and data application;Improving infrastructure and supporting facilities;Improve farmers’ willingness to participate;We will increase policy support and improve supporting services And other policy suggestions to promote the digitized development of agriculture and improve farmers’ income.This paper mainly studies the influence of agricultural digitization on farmers’ income from the theoretical aspects of agricultural planting improvement agricultural production data management and facility structure optimization.At the same time,entropy method is used in this paper to study panel data of counties and cities in Weifang to measure the agricultural digitization level of counties and cities in Weifang,which has enriched the research of agricultural informatization related fields and has certain practical reference value for the government to introduce relevant policies to increase farmers’ income. |
