Nowadays,China’s economy is developing rapidly and the competition in the market is fierce.Many diversified enterprises’ operational defects gradually appear,business fragmentation,unable to form their own core competitiveness,enterprise profitability significantly reduced,hindering the development of enterprises.In order to survive and develop sustainably in the long run,home appliance companies start to make strategic transformation to seek new development.In this situation,TCL Technology Group began to transform and upgrade from the traditional home appliance manufacturing industry to the development of semiconductor display high-tech enterprises,to carry out the transformation of the nucleation strategy.Under the guidance of the nucleation strategy,the enterprise can give full play to its resource advantages and improve its core competitiveness.However,the financial strategy is the key to the implementation of the transformation.A reasonable financial strategy can help the realization of the transformation,so it is very important to study the optimization of the financial strategy under the transformation of the nucleation strategy of the enterprise.Based on financial strategy matrix theory,core competence theory and moat theory,this paper selects TCL Technology Group as a case company to study the optimization of its financial strategy under the transformation of its nucleation strategy.Using the literature analysis method,based on the study of reading a large amount of relevant literature,with the help of the financial strategy matrix model tool,combining economic value added and sustainable development,the implementation effect of the enterprise’s financial strategy is evaluated from the four aspects of the financial strategy matrix,in order to explore whether the implementation of the financial strategy can play a supporting role for the transformation of the normalization strategy,how effective the implementation is,and put forward the optimization plan and guarantee measures.The study found that: the enterprise’s faster investment rate leads to tight capital flow,the lack of application of new financing methods leads to narrower financing channels,the focus of investment business leads to higher risks,too much investment in production lines leads to overcapacity as well as high cash dividends increase capital pressure.To address this issue,this paper proposes an optimization plan: revitalizing corporate assets for financing,implementing a prudent investment strategy,improving capital efficiency and reducing cash dividends.On this basis,the paper also proposes measures to ensure the implementation of the optimization plan,in order to optimize the financial strategy of TCL Technology Group,improve the core competitiveness of the enterprise,and provide experience for other enterprises that want to carry out the transformation of the nucleation strategy,and promote the sustainable development of the enterprise.The innovation of this paper is mainly reflected in the innovation of research angle,in the study of financial strategy,most of the research is focused on the implementation process and effect of a single financial strategy,but this paper combines the nuclearization strategy and financial strategy,and studies how to optimize the financial strategy under the transformation of nuclearization strategy,in order to better support the strategic transformation of enterprises and promote the better implementation of financial strategy. |
