Research On BOE’s Financial Strategy Optimization From The Perspective Of Financial Strategy Matrix

Since China’s economic development entered the new normal,it has gradually shifted from high-speed growth to high-quality development.As an important pillar industry of the national economy,manufacturing industry is bound to be in the forefront of transformation and upgrading.In the "Fourteenth Five-Year Plan" for the development of digital economy,it has also been emphasized many times that it is necessary to improve the independent innovation ability of manufacturing enterprises and accelerate the transformation and upgrading to intelligent manufacturing.Capital-intensive and technology-intensive are the important characteristics of intelligent manufacturing enterprises,which require enterprises to have good capital flow so that they can continuously introduce talents,information and other resources,thus accelerating the development and innovation of technology,and helping the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing enterprises.Therefore,in order to seek sustainable development in the market competition,enterprises should formulate and implement reasonable financial strategies,carry out long-term planning of financial resources,and improve their capital raising and operating capacity,which is of great significance to the development of enterprises.This paper selects BOE,the leading enterprise in China’s panel manufacturing industry,as a case company to optimize its financial strategy from the perspective of financial strategy matrix.First of all,it combs the domestic and foreign literature about financial strategy and financial strategy matrix,defines its concept,expounds its theoretical basis,and determines the evaluation indicators of value creation and sustainable growth based on previous achievements.Secondly,it describes the general situation of BOE and analyzes its financial strategic environment.Then from the financing,investment,operation and dividend distribution strategy,four aspects of BOE company strategy status analysis.Thirdly,select the financial strategy matrix as the evaluation tool,calculate the relevant financial indicators of BOE in the past six years,get the financial strategy matrix,analyze and evaluate its strategy of BOE according to the distribution in the quadrant of different years,and find that there are still some problems in the implementation of the strategy.In terms of financing strategy,there are problems such as poor financing structure,high financing cost and high financing risk;In terms of investment strategy,its investment scope is wide,there are certain investment risks,investment growth is fast,and profitability is poor;In terms of operation strategy,accounts receivable management is poor and inventory turnover rate is too fast;In terms of dividend distribution strategy,the form of dividend distribution is single,and reasonable optimization suggestions are put forward for the above problems.To sum up,financial strategy plays an important role in the development of enterprises.Studying corporate financial strategy not only helps to find and help companies solve their own problems,but also provides certain experience for similar enterprises to develop better and faster,and also helps to supplement case studies related to financial strategy.
