| With the requirement of the State Council to open the electricity price of competitive links other than transmission and distribution in an orderly manner in accordance with the institutional framework of "controlling the middle and opening the two ends",power grid enterprises no longer take the difference between the electricity price on the grid and the sale price as the main source of income,breaking the traditional monopoly profit model of power grid companies relying on the purchase and sale of electricity to obtain the difference between the purchase and sale price.The operating pressure has increased sharply,and the interests of the State Grid have fallen far behind,It is extremely urgent to carry out performance management on employees so as to improve business efficiency.This study is based on the research of performance indicators of local and municipal power supply companies,finds out the problems in the performance indicator system,and optimizes the evaluation indicator system theory,so that grass-roots cadres can effectively grasp the ways and methods to mobilize the enthusiasm of employees at all levels,thus improving the overall performance level of local and municipal companies.It provides guarantee for prefectural and municipal power supply companies to successfully complete business indicators such as operation and production,operation and maintenance,safety management,marketing services,etc.This article combines questionnaire research and personal work experience to analyze the performance management work of Y Power Supply Company.This article first discusses the background,significance,and research methods involved in this study.Secondly,a brief introduction was given to the relevant theories involved in this article,and a summary analysis was conducted on the literature in relevant fields both domestically and internationally,laying the theoretical foundation for this article.Afterwards,based on the situation of Y Power Supply Company,an analysis tool was used to study the current performance management status of Y Power Supply Company.A survey was conducted on the performance of Y Power Supply Company,and the current problems of Y Power Supply Company,such as lack of awareness of performance evaluation,unscientific design of evaluation indicators,and lack of performance communication mechanism,were summarized.And analyze the causes of the problem,combined with the balanced scorecard design,to optimize the performance management work of Y Power Supply Company and ensure measures,in order to build a complete performance management system. |
