Research On Safety Production Management Of K Enterprise Based On OHSMS

With the continuous expansion of the output of K Enterprise,the demand for fast moving consumer goods in daily life is increasing,followed by the expansion of production lines and the increase of production capacity year by year.Because beverages are fast moving consumer goods,a series of occupational health unsafe events and accidents such as mechanical injury,carbon dioxide suffocation,noise and so on occur from time to time during the production and manufacturing process,which has brought significant losses to the production and property of the enterprise.Therefore,how to improve the level of safety management and control at the production site and ensure safe production is increasingly important for the daily operation of K enterprise.The research of this topic is of great significance.In this paper,K enterprise is the research object,this paper first introduces the management status and problems of safety production management in fast-moving consumer goods industry,and summarizes and analyzes the existing problems in the safety management of the current operation site based on the company’s current production management measures and the form and safety status of daily production operations.Secondly,it introduces the formation mechanism and identification method of hazard sources,reconstructs the company’s current production management system in combination with the OHSMS occupational health and safety management system,analyzes the standard elements of the system,safety management process,safety management supervision,safety management improvement and performance audit in combination with the PDCA cycle and the objectives and principles of the management system,and compares the requirements of the OHSMS system,Put forward targeted improvement plans to gradually improve the safety control level of the operation site.Finally,the implementation guarantee measures of the reconstructed production management system are proposed from four aspects: personnel safety,equipment safety,environmental safety and management safety.The research of this topic has certain practical significance to improve the on-site safety management of K enterprises,and puts forward targeted improvement plans for K enterprises in this paper.OHSMS occupational health and safety management system uses the means of system safety management to identify the dangerous and hazardous factors in the system,and uses practical control means to minimize the risk,so as to achieve the purpose of safety management and control,and provides the method and theoretical basis for the on-site safety management of K enterprise.
