| Although the system of construction safety management has been improved on recently, safety accident of construction engineering happened frequently. The accidents resulted in momentous economic and personnel losses, brought terrible society influence. There are many influencing factors of this status, the main factor is that the comprehension for safety management is insufficient and even fault. Therefore, the urgent problems to be solved are how to control accident and improve economic benefit of construction companies. This paper has studied at this point, and has achieved such works as followings.(1) On the basis of the status of the construction safety management, the paper analyzes the meanings and contents of the construction safety management mode and the elements. It also analyzes the implemented methods of safety management system for construction companies.(2) The paper introduces configurable analyzing method in order to identify the causation of accident systemically on the basis of considering the construction characteristic. Then we find out the dominating accident factors and list all potential accidents by quantitative analysis.(3) After studying the form of accidents loss, the paper estimates the accidents economy expense by using the times modulus method. The paper also estimates the safety status by using the fuzzy mathematics model and the occurring possibility of certain accident.(4) In the research of designing the decision model of safety management plans, the paper establishes the multiple objectives decision making model and applies a safety management decision scheme on the basis of considering the safety status of building project and the attitude of decision-maker. |
