A Study On Comprehensive Evaluation Of Sustainable Development Of Oil Refining & Chemical Enterprises

As the basic unit of socia l economic development, enterprise takes on a veryimporta nt mission of promoting economic development, therefore, its susta inabledevelopment has a great significa nce to the susta inable development of a countryor a socia l system. Oil & chemica l ind ustry is one of the pilla r industries of China'snationa l economy, and its products ha ve been widely used in ind ustry, agriculture,science & technology of nationa l defence and every areas of people's life. As aresult, oil & chemica l enterprises pla y a nonreplaceable role in the developmentof nationa l economy and the ris ing of people's living standard, and the susta inabledevelopment of oil & chemica l enterprises has a great impact on the susta inabledevelopment of China's national economy and stability of the society. The cha inof oil & chemica l ind ustry can be roughly divided into two parts: oil explora tionin upstrea m and oil refining & chemica l in downstream. This dissertation takesthe oil refining & chemica l enterprises as the object of resea rch, probes into theproblem of realizing comprehensive eva lua tion of susta ina ble development of oilrefining & chemica l enterprises.Firstly, this dissertation systema tica lly analyzes the attributes of oil refining& chemica l enterprises, the connotation and characteristics of oil refining &chemica l enterprises'susta ina ble development, and the restricting factors for oilrefining & chemica l enterprises to realize susta ina ble development; Second ly, tostart from ana lyzing the logica l rela tions among susta ined competitive advanta ge,susta ina ble development and core competence of enterprises, this dissertationanalyzes the braced structure of oil refining & chemica l enterprises'susta ina bledevelopment, and on the basis of this, comes up with the key factors affecting thesusta ina ble development of oil & chemica l enterprises. Then, sets up an indexsystem for eva luating oil refining & chemica l enterprises'susta inable developmentby using AHP method; At last, the dissertation puts forward effective method for comprehensive eva lua tion of oil refining & chemica l enterprises'susta ina bledevelopment, and carries out an authentic proof by taking Daq ing oil refining &chemica l company as case-study. The result of this resea rch is of grea t practica land directing significa nce to ana lyzing the key factors influencing the susta ina bledevelopment of oil refining & chemica l enterprises , and to seeking the way or thepolicy for oil refining & chemica l enterprises to realize susta ina ble development.
