With the continuous innovation of the national monetary policy and financial model,non-bank institutions are more and more likely to participate in the financing market,which leads to the shrinking profit space of banks.In addition,the income of banks in deposit and loan business is also gradually decreasing.In this context,supply chain finance came into being.In 2015,the country first mentioned the development of supply chain finance,and then various supporting policies were introduced.Until 2021,the introduction of standardization and upgrading policies marked that supply chain finance was officially at the forefront of the era.The bank supply chain financial business focuses on core enterprises and extends financial services to upstream and downstream enterprises,which not only increases the stickiness of enterprise customers and obtains high-quality customers,but also becomes one of the important growth points of banking business.The competitiveness of bank supply chain financial business determines the size of business growth space.Therefore,this thesis first analyzes the development status and existing problems of the supply chain finance business of Bank of Beijing Nanchang Branch,then analyzes the competitiveness of the bank according to the Porter’s five forces model,then uses the SWOT model to analyze the strategy matrix to improve the competitiveness of the business,and finally formulates the measures to improve the competitiveness of its supply chain finance business,that is,from improving the business operation level,enhancing product competitiveness Build a talent team from three aspects to provide the basis for the Bank to seize the new profit growth point of supply chain finance business,expand and optimize customer groups,continue to obtain high-quality assets and long-term high-quality development.
