Chairman Xi Jinping proposed the construction of the "New Silk Road Economic Zone" and the "21st Century Maritime Silk Road" in September and October 2013,respectively,with a view to creating a new pattern of China's all-round opening up.December 10,2015,in response to the national "The Belt and Road" strategy,the mobile phone chain giant DXT officially put forward their own globalization strategy,and held in Shenzhen announced the announcement of the company's globalization strategy,first entered India and The Nigerian market.Based on the theory of localization,this paper analyzes the international development of China's electronic product retail industry and puts forward the feasibility plan of DXT Group's international market development according to the theory and practice.This paper studies the overseas market expansion strategy of China's electronic product retail industry under the current internationalized globalization,and selects the Indian region as the research object,and puts forward the relevant theoretical basis.At the same time,it analyzes the market environment and SWOT analysis of the future DXT Group,and can guide its future market development in the Indian region on a certain basis,which will take a solid step forward for the future development of the international market.In this paper,we use Porter's five-force model to analyze the industry environment of DXT's India,and to determine the direction of retail strategy.Based on the principle of combining theory with practice,this paper puts forward DXT 's localization strategy in India on the basis of detailed analysis of DXT' s market in India based on a large amount of data and first-hand information.After analyzing the external environment and the industry environment,this paper uses SWOT analysis as a module to integrate all the external environment and internal environment analysis,and has formulated the localization strategy of strategic direction in human resources,marketing,supply chain and so on.This article will DXT in the Indian market business strategy for a detailed analysis of China's electronic products for the internationalization of retail enterprises from the theoretical innovation.
