In recent years,relying on big data,cloud computing and social networking,Internet technology,payment to third party network lending,financing,the electronic bank as the representative of the rapid rise of the Internet the Internet financial,financial is changing traditional financial mode,change the commercial bank value creation and realization way,bring "catfish effect" for business bank development,to include the Shenzhen Agricultural Bank of China,commercial banks to bring challenges and opportunities.The system combs and analysis of the previous literature on Internet financial research,the current situation of the development of domestic and foreign Internet also gives a clear explanation of.On this basis,the author puts forward to divide their main mode of Internet financial pattern,will the Internet Finance in China is classified as net model,Ali financial model,peer-to-peer lending mode and the mode of four kinds of chips,which Ali financial mode according to the business of adhesion will be third party payment mode,the Internet financial product model and the large financial data three combined for a class,referred to as Ali financial model.Every enterprise has its own unique development situation and development environment.Even if different banks in electronic banking business development encountered the same problem,the solutions tend to have very big difference.Therefore,no competitive strategy and development plan can be suitable for all banks to cope with the challenges and impact of Internet financial.In order to deal with the research of Shenzhen Agricultural Bank of China in the Internet under the background of financial competition strategy analysis of Shenzhen Agricultural Bank of China,the author of this specific subject competition environment and conditions for a comprehensive and detailed analysis.Analysis of around three aspects: first,focus on the expansion of the current situation of the development of the Agricultural Bank of China Shenzhen branch and problems are summarized carding;then,using Potter's five forces analysis model of the degree of profitability and competition on the Internet financial model in this emerging industry are analyzed;finally,the use of SWOT model to analyze the advantage and the Agricultural Bank of China Shenzhen branch in under the challenge of Internet Financial weaknesses,opportunities and threats.This article briefly on the basis of the induction,the Internet financial opportunities and challenges to the Agricultural Bank of China Shenzhen branch bring.The author use the difference strategy and thought,Agricultural Bank of ChinaShenzhen proposed to deal with the Internet financial challenges,competitive strategy objectives,guidelines and specific differentiation competitive strategy,namely,to "create a full range of financial ecological circle" as the dominant strategy,to strengthen cooperation for win-win cooperation and common development of financial products,pay attention to customer experience,enhance the quality of service and optimize business processes,improve the Internet marketing system for the specific content of the competition strategy.As a important part of competitive strategy,in order to make the research conclusion can be effectively implemented,this paper raise from the bank jobholders to the Internet financial awareness,effectively control the differentiation competitive strategy of the risk,the introduction and cultivation of compound talents,the establishment of the Internet financial appraisal index,improve outlets operation efficiency,to create a "service first" commercial bank enterprise culture,improve customer service and other aspects and put forward the corresponding guarantee measures.Finally this chapter gives the deficiencies of this paper writing.
