Research On The Transformation And Development Strategy Of Ccb Hd Branch Under The Background Of Internet Finance

In recent years,with the rapid growth of China’s economy and the continuous popularization of the Internet,Internet finance has emerged as The Times require.On the one hand,its emergence has changed people’s consumption and lifestyle.On the other hand,it also has a huge impact on the traditional financial services of commercial Banks.Faced with the constant impact of Internet finance,how to develop and transform commercial Banks and what development strategies to adopt to cope with the challenges of Internet finance have become an important issue that commercial Banks have to consider,which is also the purpose of this paper.Based on a systematic overview of the definition,characteristics,related theories,development models and current status of Internet finance,this article firstly analyzes the trends of HD CCB ’s relevant data through statistical analysis,combined with relevant questionnaires,and expounds the Internet finance ’s impact on HD CCB The impact of asset business,debt business and intermediary business,and summed up the problems faced by HD CCB,that Internet finance has a greater impact on HD CCB’s debt business and intermediary business,and less impact on asset business.Then,by using Porter’s fiveforce model and SWOT analysis method,HD CCB’s competitive environment was analyzed,and the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of HD CCB under the background of Internet finance were summarized.Combining the actual situation of HD CCB,HD CCB Should adopt a reversal(WO)development strategy.Finally,starting from the two strategic levels of inclusive finance and fintech proposed by the head office of CCB,the corresponding transformation development strategy and safeguard measures were formulated.The research in this article has positive and practical significance for HD CCB to deal with the challenges of Internet finance,and it also plays a reference role for other commercial banks.
