Study On High-Quality Tourism Development Strategy Of Jinxian County Under The Background Of Integration Of Culture And Tourism

With the change of the principal contradiction of Chinese society,the demand of the masses for a better life is growing day by day,as well as the upgrading demand for tourism consumption.The traditional culture industry and tourism industry can not meet the diversified transformation of people’s tourism demand in the new era.In the new stage of high-quality development,.the main problem of the development of cultural industry and tourism industry has changed from “whether”to“good”.The Ministry of Culture and Tourism was formally established in 2018,and the “Integration of culture and tourism” has received close attention from all sectors of society.The Report of the 20 th CPC National Congress also clearly stated that the government should adhere to the principle of using literature to shape tourism and tourism to complement literature,and promote the in-depth integration of culture and tourism.Under the background and trend of cultural and tourism integration,it is of great significance to fully tap cultural and tourism resources,satisfy diversified cultural and tourism consumption demands with the supply of diversified cultural tourism products,and promote the high-quality development of regional “Tourism+”and “Cultural and Tourism +”.In recent years,relying on its rich cultural tourism resources and distinctive industries,Jinxian County has stepped out a new path of distinctive development and integration of culture and tourism in accordance with the idea of “tourism +”.The scale of the cultural tourism industry has been continuously expanding,cultural tourism resources continue to be excavated,quality and efficiency of tourism development has been further improved,and the proportion of tourism in the local national economy increases year by year.However,in the process of cultural and tourism integration development in Jinxian County,there are still problems such as imperfect infrastructure,insufficient supply of cultural and tourism products,insufficient brand awareness and low integration degree of cultural and tourism industry.Therefore,the urgent topic of Jinxian County lies in the way to further tap and organic integration of the advantages of cultural tourism resources,develop cultural tourism projects with characteristics,promote the integration of high-quality development of culture and tourism,and create greater economic and social benefits.On the above basis,this paper takes the high-quality tourism development of Jinxian County as the theme,analyzes and draws lessons from the theoretical achievements of industry integration,sustainable development,consumer demand and tourism experience and so on.By using the methods of literature study,field investigation and questionnaire,this paper analyzes the current situation of cultural tourism resources,tourism industry and the conditions of tourism development in Jinxian County.Combined with the current situation analysis and questionnaire survey results,the problems and causes of high-quality development of cultural and tourism integration in Jinxian County are summarized and analyzed.Finally,this paper puts forward the integration path of culture and tourism from five aspects:wine culture + tourism,pen culture + tourism,crab culture + tourism,fireworks culture + tourism,homesickness culture + tourism,and proposes the integration path of culture and tourism industry with other industries from seven aspects: culture and tourism + agriculture,culture and tourism + sightseeing,culture and tourism +catering,culture and tourism + health care,culture and tourism + research,culture and tourism + sports,culture and tourism + industry.Also,proposed measures to achieve high-quality tourism development in Jinxian County include improving supporting public service facilities,promoting deep integration of the cultural and tourism industry,meticulously creating high-quality cultural and tourism routes,building a high-quality tourism industry system,stepping up tourism publicity and marketing efforts,and improving various institutional safeguards.
