Research On Promoting The High Quality Development Of All-region Tourism In Pingyang County Of Wenzhou City

Developing high-quality tourism is one of the most powerful means to promote development and poverty reduction in the world.The development of "all-region tourism" in china meets the inherent requirements of tourism development in the new era,and is also the necessity of civilization progress and historical development.all-region tourism is the main starting point of the current supply-side reform of the tourism industry,the county tourism demonstration area is the fulcrum of all-region tourism development,and the development of all-region tourism is an important force to promote the smooth transformation of county economy.In recent years,under the general trend of tourism development at home and abroad,Pingyang county,as the central city of regional economy in the southern wing of wenzhou city and the tourism center in the southern part of wenzhou city,has actively responded to the profound and complex changes in the internal and external environment,implemented the all-region tourism strategy,and orderly promoted the tourism supply.Maintain the rapid development of tourism economy and steadily enhance the comprehensive strength of tourism.In 2021,the county was rated as a demonstration county of tourism in zhejiang province,a pilot county of cultural tourism consumption in zhejiang province and one of the top 100 counties with comprehensive tourism strength in the whole country.Therefore,it is of practical significance and regional representativeness to explore and analyze the development of tourism in the whole county.At the same time,the county is in a critical period of transformation and upgrading,and there are many shortcomings and difficulties to be solved in the tourism industry,many of which are common problems in the establishment of tourism demonstration zones in china.Based on the new public service theory and the theory of responsible government,this paper uses the methods of literature research,investigation,interview and observation to analyze the main practices and achievements of the system mechanism,policy guarantee,public service and supply system in the development of tourism in pingyang county.This paper studies and analyzes the problems and causes of the development of tourism in pingyang county.It is found that the main problems in pingyang county’s all-region tourism development are the disorderly development of resources,the relatively low quality of tourism products and the relative lack of tourism public services,which are mainly due to the government’s unscientific overall planning of all-region tourism development and the imperfect guarantee system of all-region tourism policy.The construction of the all-region tourism industry chain,service chain and value chain has not reached the expected goal.On the basis of learning from the experience and practices of some counties(cities,districts)in the high-quality development of all-region tourism,this paper puts forward some policy suggestions for the high-quality development of all-region tourism in pingyang county,namely,to scientifically formulate the all-region tourism planning and promote tourism construction in an orderly manner,to improve the policy guarantee system and build a high-quality tourism brand,and to build a high-level tourism service system based on the all-region tourism development concept.
