Research On The Development Of Comprehensive Tourism Industry In Pingyao County

In the new phase of the 13th Five-Year Plan,"comprehensive tourism" is a new idea and a new strategy put forward so as to realize the transformation and upgrading of tourism industry.With the improvement of residents' living standards,consumer demand and ways to travel have also changed.Developing comprehensive tourism helps to reflect the voice from the people,making the tourism market order adapt with people's satisfaction;it helps to defer to people's opinion,making the tourist market requirements adapt with the infrastructure provision;it also helps to improve people's livelihood,sharing the achievement of comprehensive tourism with the entire people.As one of the demonstration areas of comprehensive tourism supported by the central government,Pingyao is blessed with abundant historical and cultural tourism resources,including cultural relics and historic sites,leisure agriculture,folk custom,style and features in urban and rural areas and water area landscape.Hence,comprehensive tourism has wide development space in Pingyao.The long-standing tourism pattern that special tourist industrial structure was single and not attractive enough could not meet the demand from the development of the tourism under the new normal.Through field research,to further analyze the conditions for the development of global tourism,that Pingyao County to seize the opportunity for the development of global tourism,to cultural tourism as a whole,through the folk tourism?ecological tourism?leisure agriculture tourism to support the new pattern of global tourism development.To play the"cultural card" and "ecological card",making the resource superiority become the core competence.This paper consists of six parts.The first part is the introduction of this paper which introduces the basic content of this research.The second part gives the concept definition to some terms related to comprehensive tourism and introduces its features.And the macro-background in which comprehensive tourism develops is analyzed.The third part analyzes the status quo of the tourism in Pingyao.By means of introducing the general situation of the tourism in Pingyao,this part focuses on the development characteristics of tourism and the main problems.The fourth part discusses the strengths for Pingyao to develop all-for-one tourism from the perspectives of geographical location,traffic condition,brand advantages and status of resource respectively.The fifth part,the most important part in this paper,puts forward the comprehensive tourism structure featuring "one city and two rivers","three lines and four scenic spots" and "ten manor houses".The development of the comprehensive tourism will be promoted by building four industry pillars,including cultural tourism,folk tourism,ecological tourism and leisure agriculture tourism.The last part puts forward practical proposals and suggestions to develop comprehensive tourism in Pingyao from five perspectives,including production creation,industrial linkage,factors allocation,propagandizing and popularizing and social cooperation.
