| With the acceleration of population aging,rural labor population to urban transfer,rural pension problem is increasingly serious.The continuous weakening of family elderly care functions and the high cost of institutional elderly care have led to an increasingly prominent contradiction between the growing demand for elderly care and the scarcity of elderly care resource supply.As a low-cost pension,mutual pension emerges at the historic moment.As a new model,rural mutual support for the elderly causes the society to carry out mutual support for the elderly model of practice exploration,to provide a new way for the rural elderly.Feixiang District took the lead in carrying out the pilot practice of rural mutual aid happiness home,and achieved some results,but there are still some problems in the development.Therefore,this paper takes the rural elderly in Feixiang District as the research object to investigate the willingness and influencing factors of the elderly to participate in mutual support for the aged,so as to better promote the sustainable and healthy development of mutual support for the aged in rural areas.This thesis analyzes the status quo of rural mutual support pension in Feixiang district through questionnaire survey and field interview,and uses empirical analysis to analyze the influential factors of elderly people participating in mutual support pension in Feixiang District.First of all,based on the analysis of the current situation of the development of rural mutual support for the elderly in Feixiang District,in the process of development,there are still problems such as insufficient social participation,lack of funds,weak awareness of mutual support for the elderly,and simple content and form of mutual assistance.From the perspective of participation willingness,56.3% of the elderly are willing to participate in mutual support for the aged.Secondly,according to the questionnaire results,the single factor interaction analysis was carried out,the binary Logistic regression model was built,and 8 significant influencing factors were obtained.Then,the influencing factors were analyzed using the interpretive structure model(ISM).The analysis results showed that:(1)Eight factors,including education level,physical health,annual income,income satisfaction,understanding of mutual support for the aged,daily loneliness perception,community care and government support,will significantly affect the elderly’s participation in mutual support for the aged.(2)The understanding of mutual support for the aged,income satisfaction and daily loneliness perception are surface factors,the average annual income of the family is the middle-level influencing factor,the education level,health status and community care are the secondary middle-level indirect factors,and the government support is the deep factor,which affects the willingness of the rural elderly to participate in mutual support for the aged from the source.On the basis of the empirical analysis results,combined with the specific practice of Feixiang District,this paper puts forward suggestions to promote the willingness of rural elderly people to participate in mutual support for the elderly: increase publicity,improve the awareness of rural elderly mutual support for the elderly;The government will improve policy support and increase financial support.We will bring in social forces and encourage private capital investment. |
