Since the 21st century,with the development of national economy and the deepening of urbanization,China urban rail market has developed vigorously.In 2018,due to the influence of national policies,the market slowed down and competition intensified.The improvement of product quality is the key to the survival and development of enterprises.In order to respond to the national requirements of "Quality Power" and the development of new energy-saving technologies,the quality management of urban rail projects needs to be improved.The product development system of TIMES ELECTRIC has been updated and iterated,and the Integrated Product Development system is officially implemented in 2017.Based on the business actual,it is necessary to optimize the project quality management in urban rail traction system of TIMES ELECTRIC,while solidifying the process.To meet opportunities,overcome challenges and achieve deep progress and development,improving product quality and project quality is the key factor for enterprises.This paper takes the project quality management in urban rail traction system of TIMES ELECTRIC as the entry point,selects the public bidding urban rail traction system projects as the research object.Based on TIMES ELECTRIC Integrated Product Development system and referring to the historical development stages of HUAWEI Integrated Product Development system,using Gate Model,this paper analyzes the current situation from the aspects of TIMES ELECTRIC and the project quality management in urban rail traction system,and issues in-depth research mainly on project tasks,project phases,project quality management gate setting and project phase quality management review.Combined with the actual situation of the company,puts forward four specific optimization strategies in the view of the problems above,and proposes the implementation steps and guarantee.Practice has proved that the above project quality management optimization strategies in urban rail traction system,can effectively improve the product quality and process quality of each project reflected in the specific quality index improvement,meet the market demand for high-quality products of urban rail traction system,and further enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.This paper is of great significance for enterprises to the implementation of the strategic deployment of national manufacturing power and the practice of new development concepts.TIMES ELECTRIC has achieved successful practical experience in optimizing the project quality management of urban rail traction system in Integrated Product Development,and it is the first domestic central enterprise to do this in this industry.The optimization results can be used as a reference for other similar enterprises.The research idea has been promoted in other industries of TIMES ELECTRIC,such as locomotives and EMUs.Through further research and summary,it will be applied in more enterprises which need deep integration of Integrated Product Development system and business in the future. |
