Research On The Application Of Project Management In IPD Implementation Process Of F Company

F Company from its inception in 1998 , experienced product development management from technology development, prototype development mainly to the market demand, and gradually transition to the product management process, but in the development of philosophy, organizational structure, development process, process control and performance evaluation, and many other aspects of the advanced level of management with the industry there is a big gap. With the rapid development of telecommunication and Internet industry, F Company faces the increasingly complex market environment, All these problems led that survival and development of F Company is facing severe challenges. By analyzing the source of the problem, mainly because of the lack of effective product development system, in particular, no research and development organizations concerned about the management system, there is no system construction, system implementation, system audit loop management.In 2009 F Company introduces IPD to guide and promote the development of new products, although received good results, but also in the process of implementation problems encountered. How to build a model of product development project management system under IPD is one of the problems to face. Based on the presentation of IPD mode and the research of project management theory and method, the thesis analyses how to combine the project management theory and method with IPD mode to ensure the effective implementation of the IPD process. F Company also constructed project management system under the IPD model, and closely related to the quality of product development ,the project risk management and project quality management are analyzed and applied, and constructed the corresponding management system. Finally, the implementation results of the project management theory and methods under the IPD model used before and after were compared and analyzed, it is concluded that the combination of project management theory and methods with the IPD implement process can ensure more effective implementation, and propose further measures for improvement according to the current application situation of the F Company.
