| In recent years,the real estate has developed rapidly,but in order to regulate the healthy development of the real estate industry,the state has become more and more powerful.Real estate enterprises also experienced resource integration,market survival of the fittest.Therefore,in the complex and changeable market environment,the strategic thinking of real estate enterprises on their future development is of great significance.This study analyzes the internal and external environment of Dongguan Subsidiary of Times China based on relevant research in the real estate industry and strategic management theory,and analyzes and defines the development direction of the company by using SWOT model.Then,through a comprehensive analysis of the external environment and its own advantages and disadvantages,Dongguan Subsidiary of Times China selected SO development strategy.Under the background of booming regional economy,local brand advantages should be brought into play to consolidate the industry position.Closely follow the national development strategy,deepen efforts in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,focus on urban renewal projects,strengthen government-enterprise cooperation,and expand customer network;We focus on improving product quality,serving the changing needs of consumers,enhancing customer satisfaction and brand influence,while formulating intensive and integrated development strategy.Finally,the paper makes the basic principles and steps for the implementation of the development strategy,as well as the safeguard measures from the five dimensions of organizational system,human resources,finance,enterprise culture and safety management,and put forward the company in the process of strategy implementation risk and countermeasures.Through in-depth analysis of the prominent problems in the real estate business of Dongguan Subsidiary of Times China,this study puts forward reasonable suggestions for the current situation of Dongguan Subsidiary of Times China,which plays an important role in improving the company’s market competitiveness and brand influence.Meanwhile,the formulation of appropriate development strategies is very important for the future survival and development of similar real estate companies,and this paper can also provide reference for the direction of macro-policy regulation of real estate. |
