In recent years, the rapid development of the global mobile Internet hasbrought great business opportunities. Companies in related industries shouldseize this opportunity, using corporate strategic management theory to surviveand develop in the fierce market competition. Establishing a competitive andpolicy-oriented strategy which takes advantage of their strengths and overcometheir weaknesses to avoid the risk, is the key of enterprises’ sustainabledevelopment.In this paper, Harbin Cubical Information Technology Co., Ltd. is a softwarecompany whose core competitiveness is technology innovation. However,because of its limited resources, its potential projects for mobile Internet stalled,slowing down the company’s overall development. In recent years, the country’sindustrial policy, industry chain, and the business environment have beenundergone changed. So the company should use the policy support to improve itsability, accepting the current challenges and finding its right position in thecompetitive market, establishing its advantages of subsistence in the rapiddevelopment. Therefore, the study of the development strategy of Harbin CubicalInformation Technology Co., Ltd. has important research value and significance.In this paper, PEST model, EFE Matrix and IFE Matrix are used foranalyzing the company’s internal and external environment, and SWOT model isused for pointing out the company’s opportunities, threats, strengths andweaknesses. Based on prior analysis of Harbin Cubical Information TechnologyCo., Ltd., make decision of its main strategy. Subsequently, its suitable productdeveloping strategy is proposed, and the implementation of the strategy in thefollowing4areas is described: the organizational structure, human resource,financing and marketing. At the same time, encouraging the spirit of innovation, building a fair performance system, improving the rigorous training system and aunique corporate culture, these4important parts of the company are alsomentioned. Finally, the controlling and evaluation system, and the smoothimplementation of specific measures, that would be used for guaranteeing theeffect of the strategy, are also presented.
