The Effect Of Rural Social Entrepreneurs’ Prosocial Motivation On Entrepreneurial Performance

After winning the battle against poverty,the party and the state positioned "Rural Revitalization" as a major national strategy from the top-level design.Social entrepreneurship is an entrepreneurial concept integrating social welfare and commercial profit.It is a new and effective means to promote rural revitalization.However,at present,there are some problems in China’s social entrepreneurship,such as low entrepreneurial performance.Some studies have proposed that prosocial motivation has a direct impact on performance,and the entrepreneurial bricolage behavior of entrepreneurs has a positive impact on enterprises,and the impact depends on the environment of enterprises.Therefore,this paper discusses the impact of rural social entrepreneurs’ prosocial motivation on entrepreneurial performance,the transmission mechanism of entrepreneurial bricolage and the regulatory effect of environmental dynamics.By combining the relevant research results at home and abroad,with the base of high-order theory,entrepreneurial bricolage theory and contingency theory,this paper focused on how rural social entrepreneurs’ prosocial motivation improve entrepreneurial performance in different levels of environmental dynamics,and used structural equation model(SEM)to explain the path of entrepreneurial performance improvement.This paper obtained 311 valid data in China,and used SPSS26.0 and Amos26.0 software for data processing,and drew the following conclusions:(1)rural social entrepreneurs’ prosocial motivation has a significant positive effect on entrepreneurial performance;(2)rural social entrepreneurs’ prosocial motivation has a significant positive effect on entrepreneurial bricolage;(3)rural social entrepreneurs’ entrepreneurial bricolage has a significant positive effect on entrepreneurial performance;(4)entrepreneurial bricolage plays a partial intermediary role between rural social entrepreneurs’ prosocial motivation and entrepreneurial performance;(5)both market dynamics and technology dynamics play a positive regulatory role between rural social entrepreneurs’ entrepreneurial bricolage and entrepreneurial performance.From the perspective of environmental dynamics,this paper discusses the impact of rural social entrepreneurs’ prosocial motivation and entrepreneurial bricolage on entrepreneurial performance,and puts forward relevant management suggestions for rural social entrepreneurs and policy makers for the purpose of effectively guiding the improvement of rural social entrepreneurs’ entrepreneurial performance.This paper supplements and enriches the research field of rural entrepreneurship and social entrepreneurship,and clearly depicts the rural social entrepreneurship model,which is conducive to guiding the society to pay more attention to the groups of rural social entrepreneurs,and give full play to the role of rural social entrepreneurs in helping rural revitalization.
