| Since Premier Li Keqiang issued the call of "Mass entrepreneurship and innovation" in 2014,the concept of entrepreneurship and innovation has been deeply rooted in the hearts of the people.Various new industries, models and formats have been emerged, effectively stimulating social vitality, releasing great creativity and becoming a highlight of economic development. However, under the dynamic environment, the start-up enterprises have the congenital defects of "small and weak" and "new and weak",and they are faced with the problem of lack of resources. Therefore, how to deal with the threat of the market and achieve sustainable development has proved to be a key point. This paper follows the logical relationship of "strategy-behavior-result" to explore the impact of entrepreneurial bricolage on the new venture performance.Through literature review and analysis of the concept, dimensions and related research of each variable, this paper divides entrepreneurial bricolage into three dimensions: resource bricolage, customer bricolage and system bricolage, and divides the performance of new enterprises into two dimensions: financial performance and growth performance. Then, this paper introduces opportunity recognition as an intermediary variable, and introduces the environmental dynamism to test whether opportunity recognition plays an intermediary role in the role of entrepreneurial bricolage on new venture performance and the moderation effect of environmental dynamics. In this paper,we use questionnaire to collect data, and use spss26.0 and amos23.0 data statistical software to analyze the data.Empirical tests show that:(1)there is a significant positive correlation between entrepreneurial bricolage and new venture performance;(2)opportunity recognition plays a part of intermediary role between entrepreneurial bricolage and new venture performance;(3)in the positive role of entrepreneurial bricolage on new venture performance, environmental dynamics has significant moderation effect. This paper enriches the entrepreneurial bricolage theory, providing theoretical reference and empirical basis for entrepreneurial enterprises to adopt bricolage behavior, and providing a new research reference for the field of entrepreneurship. |
