| Under the continuous promotion of structural reforms on the supply side of the country,“mass entrepreneurship and innovation” are increasingly valued by the party and the country.Entrepreneurial activities have become increasingly active and the entrepreneurial economy has become more prosperous.As an important engine for promoting the growth of the national economy,small and micro enterprises have received extensive attention from the theoretical and academic circles since the official definition of micro-enterprises in China in 2011.As part of the micro-enterprises,rural micro-enterprises have played a role in promoting the increase of farmers' income,promoting the development of rural economy,and implementing the strategy of rural rejuvenation.However,the entrepreneurial subjects are generally farmers,social capital and human capital are scarce,and the survival rate of enterprises is low.How to improve the entrepreneurial performance of rural micro-enterprises has become a key issue to be solved.From the whole process of entrepreneurial activities,entrepreneurship is the process in which entrepreneurs identify and identify internal business opportunities after they have identified entrepreneurial opportunities.This is the process by which entrepreneurs acquire external resources through their own social network relationships.In particular,entrepreneurs in rural micro-enterprises that lack entrepreneurial resources and social capital need to rely on social networks to capture entrepreneurial resources.Social networks play a key role in the entrepreneurial process.Moreover,the key role of social networks in the promotion of entrepreneurial performance has been recognized by scholars at home and abroad.In the past,entrepreneurial research scholars focused on the relationship between social networks owned by companies and corporate growth performance when they explored the role of social networks in the growth of enterprises.As well as the impact of the ability of the company's competent social network to improve its performance,etc.Few studies use entrepreneurs as research objects to explore the impact of their social network relationships on entrepreneurial performance.Based on this,this paper intends to explore the mediating effects of entrepreneurs' social networks on entrepreneurial performance and entrepreneurial learning from the perspective of social networks of entrepreneurs in rural micro-enterprises,and proposes the role of entrepreneurs' social networks-entrepreneurial learning-enjoyment performance.path.At the same time,Heilongjiang rural micro-enterprise entrepreneurs were selected as research samples,and regression analysis was used to analyze the influencing mechanism of entrepreneurs' social network relations and entrepreneurial performance.At the same time,entrepreneurial learning was used as an intermediary variable to derive the social network relationship at the theoretical level.Social network relations,(traditional social network relations,and new social network relations,),entrepreneurship learning,and entrepreneurial performance.The empirical results show that entrepreneurs' social networks and entrepreneurial learning positively influence entrepreneurial performance.Entrepreneurial learning relying on social networks has a positive effect on improving the entrepreneurial performance of rural microenterprises.Entrepreneurial learning mediates the impact of entrepreneurs' social networks on entrepreneurial performance.Effect.It aims to explore the path of entrepreneurship performance of rural micro-enterprises based on the perspective of social networks,and provides decision-making basis for related departments and entrepreneurs. |
