Aerospace Company A is a kind of technology intensive enterprise,which is based on precision manufacturing,chemical industry,electronics industry,software industry and other cutting-edge technology.Aerospace products belong to the category of complex products,which have the following characteristics: complex product composition,high price,high reliability requirements,high difficulty in developing and producing technology,numerous product specifications,small quantity of single product,long production period,some special equipment,some special equipment.These characteristics of spaceflight products also bring the following characteristics to the procurement of aerospace products: the variety of materials,the small quantity of purchase by single variety,and the change of purchase plan Frequent,long procurement cycle,high quality procurement materials,narrow selection range of suppliers,strict conditions.With the increasing competition in the market,the market has put forward higher and higher requirements for the speed,price and quality of aerospace products.In recent years,the speed of product development has increased several times,and the price of products has dropped by 20% to 30%.The quality of the product has been upgraded by one gra de.In view of the change of spaceflight products,it is difficult to meet the requirements of the original material purchasing management mode,so for the aerospace enterprise,we must pay more attention to the strategic procurement and reduce the cost i n the procurement process.Based on the supply chain management theory and supply chain procurement management theory,this paper makes a deep study on the specific situation of Aerospace A Company,and puts forward some relevant opinions on the optimization of its procurement management process.In order to promote the company’s procurement management to be better.This paper first introduces the current purchasing management situation of Aerospace Company A,and finds out that the procurement efficiency i s not high and the supplier relationship is defective.The procurement process is unreasonable,the information system is not complete and so on;Secondly,on the basis of analyzing the current purchasing management problems of the company,This paper desi gns a set of optimization scheme for its purchasing process management,which makes a detailed analysis of its current purchasing process based on the ASME analysis method,and then carries on the concrete scheme design combining with the purchasing process question.It includes the organization structure adjustment of purchasing department,the optimization of internal and external cooperation of procurement,the perfection of procurement business process and the upgrading of procurement information system.Finally,in order to promote the further implementation and implementation of the calcium program,this paper puts forward the corresponding safeguard measures from the four aspects of high-level attention,staff training,incentive assessment and contin uous improvement.At the same time,the effect after the implementation of the program is briefly described.Ming.In short,under the implementation of the program,the procurement management process of Aerospace A Company has been continuously optimized,but also for the company to better carry out supply chain management has played a certain role in helping.
