In recent years,the competition in the medical device industry of JA company has intensified,and the number of enterprises in the same industry has been increasing.At the same time,the popularity of the Internet and the aging of the population have also promoted the rapid development of the medical device industry,making JA face unprecedented opportunities and challenges.With the rapid development of the Internet,more enterprises have entered the Blue Sea of "Internet + Medical treatment",and the aging population has created a broad market space for the development of the medical device industry.In order to adapt to the changes of the external environment of the enterprise,JA company conforms to the needs of the times,walks in the forefront of the industry,with the help of the strong R & D ability and mature marketing strategy of the enterprise,carries on the strategic transformation.This paper takes JA Company as the case study object,adopts the internal and external motivation analysis method,the balanced scorecard and so on,unifies the strategic transformation,the organization performance and so on basic theory,draw the following conclusions.Under the background of the rapid development of "Internet +",the industry carries on the process of strategic transformation with the help of the national policy and the dividend of the times.Through a comprehensive analysis of the financial level,customer level,business process level,learning and growth level in the process of transformation,this paper discusses the performance changes of enterprise financial indicators and non-financial indicators before and after the strategic transformation of enterprises.In addition,in order to analyze the performance changes before and after the strategic transformation of JA company comprehensively and deeply,this paper selects the average value of the same industry and the company for horizontal comparative analysis,and then explores the gap between enterprises and industries before and after the strategic transformation,which makes this study more persuasive.Finally,it analyzes and points out the problems that may be faced in the process of enterprise strategic transformation,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.This paper draws the following conclusions through the study: From the financial level,the strategic transformation of JA company has a positive impact on the financial performance of enterprises as a whole,so it is feasible to seek a new profit growth point through performance transformation.From the non-financial point of view,the strategic transformation promotes enterprises to expand market share,develop new products,optimize enterprise processes,and improve the overall competitiveness of enterprises.As the first mobile medical company to transform from the medical device industry,JA is on the road of transformation.The success and experience and lessons are worthy of other enterprises to learn and draw lessons from.The research in this paper is helpful to guide the enterprises that are about to carry out strategic transformation to grasp the correct development direction and improve the performance of the transformation,which has certain practical significance. |
