| As the entrepreneurship policies of our country are issued,the surging of entrepreneurial enthusiasm in China is presented,such as the constant emergence of entrepreneurial companies in the market,many of which are team entrepreneurship.In the process of starting a business,the management issues such as disagreements,unfair distribution of benefits,and poor communication are inevitable to be encountered.If it fails to handle them properly,more conflicts within the team can be caused,the development of the company will be influenced,and even the company will fall in a crisis of dissolution.To get success in a highly competitive market,the management problems should be recognized by entrepreneurial groups,so as to take effective improvement measures.All the time,a large amount of research on team management has been carried out by scholars.The attention of this thesis will be paid to entrepreneurial team management,in which the in-depth discussion will be carried out from team organization,cooperation process,management methods,and so on,so the solving of various management problems and challenges faced by entrepreneurial teams in practice can become feasible.In the process of our research work,the methods such as literature research and questionnaire survey are used.In the meantime,the entrepreneurial team of A Technology Company is taken as a research case to carry out an in-depth research on the difficulties encountered in its management work,the reasons for their formation are analyzed in detail,and the effective basis is provided for solving the management problems of entrepreneurial team.The in-depth research and practical application of entrepreneurial team management are carried out.Based on this,some major management challenges are found and a series of effective solutions are provided.The management issues of entrepreneurial teams in A Company also commonly exist among other entrepreneurial teams.The purpose of this thesis is to provide effective reference for other initially established companies through in-depth analysis and resolution of these issues,so the management thinking of entrepreneurs can be broadened.The development obstacles caused by team management issues will be reduced,making companies able to better stand out in market competition,and ultimately realize their entrepreneurial goals. |
