With the constant improvement of the market economy and support of nationalpolicy, entrepreneurship has become a trend and a common phenomenon in today’ssociety. Abraham Maslow has said that extraordinary also five levels of need:physiological, security, ownership, honor, and self-worth. Entrepreneurship is no longerjust for survive, now more for the self-worth and win the honor. Entrepreneurship hasbecome an important component of personal and social life.There for the same see entrepreneurial economy has become the engine to promoteChina’s rapid economic growth, its contribution to boost GDP growth and createemployment opportunities. But not all entrepreneurs can survive in this entrepreneurialwave. On the one hand, with the ever-expanding amount of information, theintensification of global competition, technology updates to speed up and other factors,makes the degree of risks and uncertainties faced by entrepreneurs are higher than anyone period. On the other hand, there have not enough cash to support for individualentrepreneurs, models of successful management and clear strategies for the future, sowithstand risks and emergencies ability are low. Entrepreneurial activity in the face ofsuch a complex environment, more and more inclined to adopt the entrepreneurial teammode.Review the previous literature can be found in research on entrepreneurial activityis still very limited, and the majority of entrepreneurship research literature regardedresearch focuses on the personal characteristics of entrepreneurs, entrepreneurial teamstill in its infancy. But constrained by the ability and energy of a single entrepreneur inreal life it is difficult to success in the case of shortage of resources. Composed of astructure complementary clarify the respective roles of entrepreneurial team ventureguarantee of success. Since it is a team inevitably produce conflict, contradiction,traditional conflict view that all conflicts are destructive, negative, bad, harmful, theentrepreneurial team should think of ways to avoid conflict and trying to minimize theconflict. But in reality, not all conflicts are harmful; some are with the integration ofentrepreneurial resources to help. On the basis of the results of past entrepreneurial team,team conflict theory, conflict management style and ability to integrate resources in four areas, the relationship between the entrepreneurial team conflict and enterprise resourceintegration capability carried out an empirical study.In this dissertation, a questionnaire survey of191entrepreneurial team membersconducted a questionnaire survey and the main conclusions of data analysis. Obtainedthrough research and analysis for the entrepreneurial team, venture team conflict andresource integration capability is not much effect; two types of entrepreneurial conflict,cognitive conflict and relationship conflict on resource utilization capacity predictrelationship conflict for resources build the ability to predict; Conflict management ofcognitive conflict and resources to build capacity and resource utilization have amoderating role. Finally, we discuss the theoretical and practical significance of thisstudy pointed out the limitations of this study. And place to the need to improve andfurther study.
