In the new era of "public entrepreneurship",the problem of the growing number and the cognitive conflict of entrepreneurial teams has become one of primary targets in the field of entrepreneurship management.Culture influence and the different nature of enterprise will lead to different organizational ideas and management behaviors of entrepreneurial team,so cognitive conflict is one of the conflicts among corporate executive.Since cognitive conflict has become an objective fact that managers have to face in entrepreneurial activities,cognitive conflict and conflict management will play an important role in strategic decision making.Therefore,it is necessary to solve and manage the cognitive conflict of the entrepreneurial team.This paper studies the relationship between cognitive conflict of Technology entrepreneurial teams and corporation strategy decision.The main contents,research methods and innovations of this paper are as follows:First of all,based on the systematic review of conflict management theory,this paper summarizes the research results of scholars,including the types of conflicts and effective management.By the study of internal conflict and management in entrepreneurial team,we found that the analysis of the cognitive conflict and conflict management should be further researched in the academic circles.Compared to the previous research focused on the conflict management theory,this paper focus on that the cognitive conflict of QM company affects business decision,and more specific.Secondly,absorption and combining with the research results of previous scholars,starting with the formation process of QM company and basic characteristics of team members,through field observation and research,using literature method,interview survey method as the main research methods,analysis of causes of conflicts in understanding the case,recognition of cognitive conflict in the business activities,but according to the different role of the constructive conflict and destructive conflict,this article concludes that resolving and mitigating potential conflicts is the effective conflict management.Finally,on the basis of the modern conflict management theory,through the case study of QM,this paper concludes that the appropriate conflict has positive effect on strategy decisions of enterprises.Entrepreneurial team managers must pay attention to two aspects.One is to distinguish the constructive conflict and destructive conflict,the other is the effective management of conflict,and preventing the transformation of construction conflict to destructive conflict.For avoiding destructive conflicts that hinder the team goals and affect the strategic decision-making,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions of science and Technology entrepreneurial team in cognitive conflict management.The aim is to reduce the influence of destructive conflict.It will help enterprises to make strategic decisions and improve efficiency,and provide new practical references for managers of technology-based entrepreneurial teams,so as to enhance the overall performance of entrepreneurial teams.
