With the proposal of “mass entrepreneurship,mass innovation”,more and more entrepreneurial teams appear in various fields,and there is a wave of entrepreneurship in the market.In the process of market experience,entrepreneurial teams will inevitably encounter various problems and team conflicts.The conflict of entrepreneurial team can be seen as a special form of high-level management conflict,because entrepreneurial team is not only a grass-roots employee of an enterprise,but also a high-level manager,investor and risk bearer.Therefore,the conflict management of entrepreneurial team can be solved by using the conflict theory of high-level management.Conflict management for entrepreneurial teams,how to effectively manage conflicts,develop strengths and avoid weaknesses,has become a new topic of innovation management.Starting from the background of the current comprehensive situation of entrepreneurship,this paper combs the research route and the main methods used in this paper to lay the foundation for this research,and studies the relevant literature at home and abroad,analyzes the types of conflicts and the current situation of specific management mode of entrepreneurial teams in China,combs the theory of team management and team conflict,and constructs this research based on this theory Framework,the case of entrepreneurial team conflict management analysis.This paper expounds the general situation of R company,describes the entrepreneurial process of R company's entrepreneurial team,the entrepreneurial development of R company and the conflicts finally formed.Based on the analysis of the causes of the conflicts of R company's entrepreneurial teams,this paper first classifies the contents of the conflicts,analyzes the two sides of the conflicts according to the different types of conflicts and the results after the conflicts,and proposes solutions.Finally,it summarizes the important conclusions of this paper,expounds the shortcomings of this article,and explores and prospects the future research directions,For the later research of scholars also put forward their own suggestions and ideas.Based on the theory,this paper combines the theory of conflict with the theory of team conflict of entrepreneurial team,and introduces case study to analyze the causes of the conflict from the case study,including four aspects: lack of understanding of the members of entrepreneurial team,lack of clear objectives of the team,imperfect incentive mechanism of the team,and imperfect communication mechanism In addition,theconflicts of entrepreneurial teams need to be guided and dealt with.We should use the conflicts to find the problems of entrepreneurial teams and improve the unreasonable factors of entrepreneurial teams by solving the conflicts To optimize the entrepreneurial team,we need to pay more attention to the conflict and actively deal with the conflict when the conflict has negative effects.
