The integration of the primary, secondary, and tertiary industries is essential for modernising the agricultural industry chain supply chain. The integration of the primary, secondary, and tertiary industries in various parts of Hubei Province is currently hampered by a range of impediments to key elements such as aptitude, capital, and land, due to the endowment conditions of agricultural resources, the level of agricultural technology, and the construction of infrastructure.Theoretically and practically,it is of great importance to analyze regional disparities and the ever-evolving distribution of the integration of the primary, secondary, and tertiary industries in Hubei Province in order to further augment the level of integration by region and foster the highest quality economic growth in the province.First of all, relevant concepts are defined, and relevant theories such as industrial integration, agricultural versatility and industrial chain are sorted out,so as to construct a theoretical analysis framework for the study of this paper.Secondly, based on relevant theories,16 cities(prefectures)under the jurisdiction of Hubei Province were selected as research objects to construct an evaluation index system of the integration level of rural the primary, secondary and tertiary industries in Hubei Province, determine the weights of each index, and calculate the integration level of the primary, secondary and tertiary industries in different regions.Thirdly,by using the constructed evaluation index system, the author makes a descriptive analysis of the overall characteristics of the integration level of rural three industries in Hubei province. The research finds that the integration level of rural three industries in Hubei province fluctuates and rises, but the development level of the integration of three industries is not balanced in the region, and the industry extension, interest linkage, green development, farmers’ income increase and the integration level of three industries generally fluctuates and rises.Fourthly, based on the descriptive analysis conclusion, this paper studied the regional differences and sources of the integration level of rural the primary, secondary and tertiary industries in Hubei province by using Dagum Gini coefficient and decomposition method, and further explored the distribution characteristics, distribution trend, distribution range and polarization trend of the integration level of rural the primary, secondary and tertiary industries in Hubei province by using Kernel density estimation method. Finally,Markov chain analysis method is used to reveal the transfer rule of rural the primary, secondary and tertiary industries integration level in Hubei province. The study found that the integration level of rural three industries in the whole province and the three regions showed an increasing trend, and the absolute difference also showed an expanding trend. The integration level of a few cities and states in the north and south was in the leading or lagging position. The integration level of rural three industries in Hubei province has significant spatial differentiation characteristics, showing a general distribution trend of "rising first and then declining from west to east, and rising first and then declining from south to north".In Hubei Province, the integration level of rural three industries is relatively stable among different levels, and there is a phenomenon of "club convergence".Through the research, this paper intends to provide beneficial suggestions for the integration of rural three industries in Hubei province, and provide technical reference for the high quality development practice of Hubei economy and society.
